 Small gym in the center of Milan, little-used, inexpensive. Only fault there are no showers. But they tell you right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella posizione. Affollato negli orari serali. Tranquillo nel week end. Personale molto disponibile e preparato per qualunque necessità dei clienti. Gentilissimi e accoglienti. Attrezzature complete, considerata la superficie non elevatissima della palestra.
Nice location. Crowded in the evening hours. Quiet on the weekend. Staff very helpful and prepared for any customer need. Very kind and welcoming. Complete equipment, considering the not very high surface of the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola palestra in palazzo storico con pavimenti in parquet e volte in mattoni a vista e stucchi seicenteschi. Una gioia degli occhi, insomma! Abbastanza attrezzata con personale molto disponibile e flessibile verso le esigenze della clientela. Non hanno docce, ma questo viene detto subito, e se si ha la possibilità di lavarsi e cambiarsi nel posto di lavoro, direi che la soluzione è immediata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
Small gym in a historic building with parquet floors and exposed brick vaults and seventeenth-century stuccoes. A feast for the eyes, in short! Quite equipped with very helpful and flexible staff towards the needs of customers. They don't have showers, but this is said right away, and if you have the opportunity to wash and change in the workplace, I'd say the solution is immediate. Excellent value for money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari per nulla rispettati è la seconda volta che mi presento alle 7:30 aspettandomi siano aperti dalle 7 e trovo chiuso.
Hours not respected at all is the second time that I show up at 7:30 expecting to be open from 7 and I find it closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento dell iscrizione mi è stato detto che l abbonamento avrei potuto sospenderlo (motivi di lavoro) alla mia richiesta mi è stato detto che non era possibile, quindi abbonamento di 3 mesi usato due volte, mai piu e la sconsiglio. Peccato x gli istruttori qualificati unica cosa positiva.
At the time of registration I was told that I could suspend the subscription (business reasons) at my request I was told that it was not possible, therefore 3 months subscription used twice, never again and I do not recommend it. Too bad the qualified instructors only positive thing.
