Quindi, mettetevi le tutine aderenti che sono comprese nell'abbonamento, vestite l'armatura con gli elettrodi e seguite tutte le indicazioni che vi verranno puntualmente date.
L'allenamento EMS dura 20 minuti e vale non so quanti allenamento tradizionali. Con molto meno 'sbatti' e piu soddisfazione! Consigliatissimo.
