Come già scritto da MOLTI altri EX clienti, chiudere a proprio piacimento, modificare gli orari, NON rimborsare e/o far recuperare INTERE SETTIMANE DI CHIUSURA con abbonamenti pagati ma non usufruiti...no comment, la poca gente che frequenta la palestra è l'emblema di questi comportamenti.
BAD. As already written by MANY other EX customers, close as you wish, change schedules, DO NOT refund and / or recover ENTIRE WEEKS OF CLOSURE with paid but not used subscriptions ... no comment, the few people who attend the gym are l emblem of these behaviors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi anno rubato il soldi!!!! Io detto che desdico abbonamento che doveva partire! Non mi anno fatto firmare.. sono partita e quando tornata anno aperto pure la patica e mi anno obbligato pagare tanti soldi per niente!
My money was stolen !!!! I said that I desdico subscription that had to leave! I did not get signed .. I left and when I got back I was open to the patica and I was forced to pay a lot of money for nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to sign up for the month. Two days earlier it was EUR50 lower in price. The only difference was I was I with my Italian partner when the lower rate was agreed. Clearly discriminatory price gouging. Shame on you. Particularly when businesses are doing so tough and there’s so much competition. Foreigners avoid going!

The answer from this club was, they are a club, not a supermarket. Exactly this arrogant behavior is the reason for a 1Star rating. This is how you treat customers. What is wrong with a 20 € daypass in a tourist city like Milano? Merks mal.
