★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap gym, but very bad service. I’m visiting Milan and went to the gym to pay one month deal, after wait a long time in the front desk, I was informed that I need to have a IBAN (Italian citzen ) to complete the deal, doesn’t metter if I pay for the minimum period (two months).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only reason why it’s 2 stars and not 1: the equipment quality is the best. All else is the worst: service, and how sneaky they are with their contracts. I had to pay an extra 10 euros for a week that wasn’t included in my contract and plus, had to pay 10 euros to poste italiane to cancel my contract. Big F to Mcfit, don’t ever think about using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most affordable gyms in Milan (or the most). Clean, well equipped and kind staff in a large area and Parking spot is available... That's why it's busy most of the time! you'll NEVER find your best time after all!

Sanitizers are provided as well.

and 34 for the flexible one. The gym is degrading since they are not fixing broken machines, still one of the best price in città studi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware! Worst client service ever! Gym was closed because of the virus but they kept taking money from my account!!!! Tried to call them, a lady from another city responded and said i should wait! I block my account! They kept charging me those months that gym was closed! and issued it as debt on my account!
After 3 months gym was opened so i went there the first day of the June to solve the problem! They didn't know what to do! So i tried to freeze my membership till the problem is solved! But it was already 1st day of June so they added on my debt but didn't let me in the gym! So i froze the July but yet again they charged me for the same month i had personally frozen!!!! THEY KEPT CHARGING ME WHILE DIDN'T LET ME IN THE GYM!!!!!!
After 100 calls that every different person said something different, Just were asking me to pay the money then they will solve the problem even for the month i had frozen and they wrongly charged me!!
After 9 emails + 2 emails on their PEC and no answer i gave up! after a year some one calls me to take money from me for 12 month!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
Their service sucks!
No one knows anything there.
