★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo molto bene col pilates in questo studio. Ho seguito prima delle lezioni individuali col personal trainer, adesso sono in un gruppo da 4 persone dove l'insegnante segue ognuno riuscendo anche a personalizzare gli esercizi.
I am very happy with pilates in this study. I followed before the individual lessons with the personal trainer, now I am in a group of 4 people where the teacher follows everyone, also managing to personalize the exercises.
