 I have been a client for 6 years now. My experience at this branch has been very bad to say the least and this leads me directly to having to change banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale di Cologno della Banca più grande d'Italia (diventata ancora più grande dopo la fusione recente con il gruppo UBI). Questa sede sembra grande a giudicare dagli sportelli, dalle casse, dal personale. Per quel che mi riguarda, quando ho avuto bisogno, ho sempre trovato l'aiuto necessario ( non posso dire altrettanto di altre sedi, soprattutto in Milano).
Cologno branch of the largest Bank of Italy (which became even bigger after the recent merger with the UBI group). This venue looks great judging by the counters, the tills, the staff. As for me, when I needed it, I always found the necessary help (I can't say the same about other locations, especially in Milan).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima!!!! Personale sgarbato, si comporta come se fossero loro a farci il grande favore a tenere i tuoi soldi. Incapaci di fare una semplice operazione come cambiare il numero di telefono. A qualche punto ho perso la pazienza e chiesto di chiudere il conto ma nemmeno questo erano capaci da fare!!
Experience bad !!!! Poor service, acts as if they were to us the great favor to keep your money. Unable to do a simple task such as changing the phone number. At some point I lost patience and asked to close the account, but even that was able to do !!
