G	Gloria Pugassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo presentati allo showroom di via Borgogna, avendo preso appuntamento per le 6; la receptionist, senza nemmeno prendere in considerazione l'idea che potesse trattarsi di un loro errore e nonostante il negozio fosse assolutamente vuoto, ci ha letteralmente cacciati via. Alle nostre educate proteste, ha risposto istericamente, tanto che è dovuto intervenire un suo collega a calmarla. Non abbiamo sentito neppure una parola di scuse, grande maleducazione. Di sicuro non ci torneremo e sconsigliamo la sgradevole esperienza. We showed up at the showroom in via Borgogna, having made an appointment for 6; the receptionist, without even taking into consideration the idea that it could be their mistake and despite the shop being absolutely empty, literally chased us away. To our polite protests, she responded hysterically, so much so that a colleague of hers had to intervene to calm her down. We haven't heard a word of apology, great rudeness. We will certainly not be returning and advise against the unpleasant experience.

Siamo dovuti ritornarci perché il preventivo inviatoci non corrispondeva a quanto richiesto al primo incontro. The architect who followed us in our first choice of tiles was unprofessional. . We had to go back because the quote sent to us did not correspond to what was requested at the first meeting.

Visita solo su appuntamento (così perlomeno ci è stato detto all'ingresso da una venditrice) Beautiful property but with very limited choice. Visit by appointment only (at least we were told at the entrance by a saleswoman)

Capisco la politica "dell'appuntamento", ma così perdono studi di architettura che volevano utilizzare i loro prodotti. Basta andare dai rivenditori e non direttamente da loro. Very rude staff, if you come in without an appointment. I understand the "date" policy, but so they lose architecture firms who wanted to use their products. Just go to the retailers and not directly to them.
F	Fulvio Zamponi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato appuntamento con 2 settimane di preavviso, veniamo "serviti" alla reception, in piedi e dopo 2 minuti veniamo abbandonati per un'altra coppia con appuntamento allo stesso orario. Che senso ha? Booked an appointment with 2 weeks notice, we are "served" at the reception, standing and after 2 minutes we are abandoned for another couple with an appointment at the same time. What does it mean?

Ricevono solo su appuntamento (anche se questa politica abbiamo potuto constatare che non vale per tutti), il che impedisce di poter visionare liberamente la merce esposta. È bastato mettere piede in questo show room (per soli 5 minuti ) per convincerci ad optare per un altri rivenditori magari un po' cortesi e disponibili. Absolutely rude staff. They receive only by appointment (although this policy we have found that it does not apply to everyone), which prevents them from being able to freely view the goods on display. It was enough to set foot in this showroom (for just 5 minutes) to convince us to opt for another reseller who might be a little courteous and helpful.
