Il personale, gentile e preparato, si è reso disponibile sin dal primo incontro fornendo immediatamente il preventivo per la merce individuata. Ho acquistato tutto il necessario per la ristrutturazione del bagno e della cucina. La merce è stata consegnata presso il mio indirizzo entro i tempi illustrati in fase di acquisto. Il signor Ernesto è preparatissimo e mi ha aiutata e seguita in tutto e per tutto. Ottima selezione del personale, da iperceramica non trovo mai pecche. Materiale di ottima qualità , casa mia è praticamente arredata tutta iperceramica. Consigliatissimo. Grazie ancora signor Ernesto!
I only write reviews if I get great service and today I have to say that I have been followed in an excellent way. Mr. Ernesto is very well prepared and he helped and followed me through and through. Excellent selection of staff, from iperceramica I never find flaws. Excellent quality material, my house is practically furnished all hyperceramic. Highly recommended. Thanks again Mr. Ernesto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 9/01/21 di pomeriggio mi sono recata al negozio ho trovato l’addetto che mi ha servito estremamente ineducato , fa fatica ad alzarsi dalla poltroncina del desk per dare informazioni..nonostante il negozio sia vuoto, il ragazzo castano chiaro non è per niente disponibile neanche si sposta fa fatica ad alzarsi,oltretutto tossisce bello tranquillo con la mascherina abbassata che in qs periodo di pandemia non è io massimo .Molto molto scocciato e nervoso,pessima esperienza non ci tornerò più ??
Today 9/01/21 in the afternoon I went to the shop I found the clerk who served me extremely uneducated, he struggles to get up from the desk chair to give information ... even though the shop is empty, the light brown guy is not not available at all, he doesn't even move, he struggles to get up, plus he coughs quietly with the mask down which in this pandemic period is not me very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio nel tardo pomeriggio di quest'oggi, erano presenti al desk due ragazzi che al momento del mio arrivo non si sono neanche degnati di un saluto o chiedere se avessi avuto bisogno di un consulto. Nonostante ho individuato il prodotto necessario non credo che tornerò ad acquistarlo. Niente a che vedere con il personale del punto vendita di Lecce, cortesi e disponibil, nel quale ho acquistato tutte le piastrelle per la seconda casa.
I went to this shop in the late afternoon of today, two guys were present at the desk who at the time of my arrival did not even deign to say hello or ask if I needed a consultation.
