★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EVITEREI! Ordino un rubinetto Zucchetti con 10 giorni di anticipo rispetto alle mie esigenze. Vengo rassicurata dalla sig.ra Averna che il pezzo arriverà in una settimana o meno e "può pagare alla consegna non si preoccupi". Il decimo giorno, non avendo riscontro, mando un messaggio per avere notizie. L'ordine non era partito perché "aspettavano la mia conferma" che avevo già dato telefonicamente.
Oggi la sig.ra si adopera per trovare soluzione: devo andare io dall'altra parte di Milano a ritirare un rubinetto "simile" e mi dice che costerà meno. Alla fine la marca è un'altra rispetto al resto della rubinetteria, lo sconto è risibile, il montaggio avverrà chissà quando e domani arriva il nuovo inquilino. Secondo me questa non è professionalità.
I WOULD AVOID! I order a Zucchetti tap 10 days in advance of my needs. I am reassured by Ms Averna that the piece will arrive in a week or less and "you can pay on delivery don't worry". On the tenth day, having no reply, I send a message for news. The order had not started because "they were waiting for my confirmation" which I had already given by telephone.
Today Ms is working to find a solution: I have to go to the other side of Milan to collect a "similar" tap and she tells me that it will cost less. In the end, the brand is different from the rest of the taps, the discount is laughable, the assembly will take place who knows when and tomorrow the new tenant arrives. In my opinion this is not professionalism.
