Dopo ore di email e telefonate non hanno saputo darmi risposta.
Ideal standard e caduta molto in basso.
Hanno gli stessi codici per articoli differenti quindi dopo vari ordini non sono riuscito ad avere il prodotto giusto.
Non consiglierò più prodotti ai miei clienti.
 Not very competent assistance, they don't even know their products.
After hours of emails and phone calls they couldn't answer me.
Ideal standard and very low drop.
They have the same codes for different items so after several orders I couldn't get the right product.
I will no longer recommend products to my customers.

Nel mio caso specifico sono stato rifornito di un importante pezzo di montaggio da me smarrito senza neanche vedermi addebitate le spese di spedizione. Consiglio vivamente questa ditta per tale motivazione e per la qualità dei prodotti riscontrata.
The seriousness of a company can be seen above all in the after-sales service. In my specific case, I was supplied with an important piece of assembly that I lost without even seeing myself charged for the shipping costs. I highly recommend this company for this reason and for the quality of the products found.

Abbiamo ordinato 2mobili e 2specchi ed entrambi i mobili sono arrivati con il top sbagliato. Il rivenditore ha quindi riordinato entrambi i top, e nonostante l'attesa di 5settimane (!) sono riusciti a sbagliare ancora..
Stiamo parlando di mobili STANDARD, non su misura o con richieste particolari.
Esperienza molto negativa purtroppo, nonostanti i prodotti siano belli.
Total lack of respect for the customer.
We ordered 2 furniture and 2 mirrors and both furniture arrived with the wrong top. The retailer then rearranged both tops, and despite waiting 5 weeks (!) They managed to make mistakes again ..
We are talking about STANDARD furniture, not made to measure or with special requests.
Very bad experience unfortunately, despite the products are beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con un sedile del water rallentato mi sono attivato con il mio idraulico che mi ha dato le credenziali x chiamare, cosa che ho fatto, e nel giro di poche ore sono stato chiamato e problema risolto.
Voglio dire di più avendo anche un'altro sedile che faceva rumore mi hanno chiesto un video e sostituito pure quello.
Posso affermare che ho avuto a che fare con personale serio, di parola, puntuale! Averne sempre di così in gamba.

I had a problem with a slowed toilet seat I activated with my plumber who gave me credentials to call, which I did, and within a few hours I was called and the problem fixed.
I want to say more having also another seat that made noise they asked me for a video and replaced that as well.
I can affirm that I have had to deal with serious personnel, of word, punctual! Always have it so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato dei sanitari modello blend e purtroppo il vaso è risultato con 3 piccoli problemi di smalto. Informato il venditori mi è stato consigliato di contattare l'assistenza della ditta. Nell'arco di neanche 60 minuti avevo l'ok a sostituire il vaso con un'altro disponibile dal venditore senza attendere un nuovo invio dalla ditta. Lo stesso pomeriggio il vaso era stato cambiato e installato. Assistenza a dir poco eccellente.
