★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene, ho acquistato un box doccia che è stato consegnato sbagliato. Da allora - era fine luglio - sono iniziate una serie di telefonate tra me, il centro edile e l'assistenza relax per l'inversione da dx a sx della porta. Il montaggio definitivo è stato completato a inizio dicembre, dopo diversi mesi, dozzine di telefonate, e danni per perdita d'acqua dal box doccia in seguito al primo montaggio eseguito in modo poco professionale. Nessuno si è preso la responsabilità del lavoro svolto, questo è il principale motivo del mio scontento. Inoltre ho dovuto pure pagare l'uscita, oltre al danno per la perdita dell'acqua. Ho condiviso la foto in allegato con il centro edile e... come se niente fosse, non è un problema loro. Inutile dire che non ci tornerò mai più e lo sconsiglierò a chiunque me lo chieda, nonostante le persone del centro siano tutte estremamente gentili.
Unfortunately I did not feel well, I purchased a shower stall that was delivered wrong. Since then - it was the end of July - a series of telephone calls began between me, the building center and the relaxation assistance for the right-to-left inversion of the door. The final assembly was completed at the beginning of December, after several months, dozens of phone calls, and damage due to loss of water from the shower cubicle following the first unprofessional installation. Nobody took responsibility for the work done, this is the main reason for my discontent. I also had to pay the exit, plus the damage from the loss of the water. I shared the attached photo with the building center and ... as if nothing had happened, it's not their problem. Needless to say, I will never go back and will advise against anyone who asks me, despite the fact that the people in the center are all extremely kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda la validità dei materiali scelti nulla da eccepire, così come per la progettazione iniziale; per quanto riguarda invece i tempi di consegna, ma soprattutto la parte burocratica ed amministrativa sarebbe stata apprezzata un po più di cortesia e trasparenza, e non essere trattati come persone che potrebbero non saldare le varie fatture emesse ( frasi dette anche alla nostra impresa di ristrutturazione ).
As for the validity of the materials chosen, nothing to complain, as well as for the initial design; as regards delivery times, but above all the bureaucratic and administrative part, a little more courtesy and transparency would have been appreciated, and not be treated as people who could not pay the various invoices issued (phrases also said to our restructuring company ).
