★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto sostituire un arganello, montato da loro. Si è rotto dopo 4 mesi e sono venuti a vedere: accertato che si è proprio spezzato un pezzo interno, me l'hanno sostituito senza farmi pagare un centesimo né per il pezzo, né per la manodopera.
I had a winch replaced, mounted by them. It broke after 4 months and they came to see: having ascertained that an internal piece broke, they replaced it without making me pay a penny neither for the piece nor for the manpower.
