Siamo stati accolti da Stefano che ha compreso i nostri bisogni e ci ha seguiti con grande cortesia e professionalità. Il risultato? Una proposta corrispondente alle nostre esigenze.
 A nice surprise! By chance my partner and I visited the showroom looking for a furniture for the new bathroom. We were welcomed by Stefano who understood our needs and looked after us with great courtesy and professionalism. The result? A proposal corresponding to our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso essere soddisfatto, l’esperienza è stata pessima, ma voglio comunque mettere 3 stelle (la sufficienza). Infatti mentre darei 1 stella (se non zero) al “servizio pratiche” per la richiesta dell’ecobonus e alla consegna non posso che dare 5 stelle (da qui la media di 3 stelle) all’assistenza che ho ricevuto dalla ragazza (Anna Castro) in showroom fin dal momento dell’ordine.
Qualche dettaglio in più partendo dall’inizio:
-Ordine in negozio: le mie richieste erano precise e “puntigliose” (esigenti) ma questo non ha rappresentato alcun problema per la ragazza che mi ha assistito: gentile, disponibile, competente e proattiva. Questo atteggiamento è stato tenuto per tutto il tempo della mia “avventura” andando anche oltre a quanto in suo potere, oltre le sue mansioni. Per cui un grazie sentito ad Anna.
-Tempo di attesa per la pratica Ecobonus: qualcosa come 5/6 mesi quando venivano promessi 5 giorni lavorativi: mesi di assoluto silenzio (anche dopo solleciti), documenti con errori, documenti mancanti.
-Una volta che il miracolo è avvenuto (ho visto le tende palesarsi a casa mia), togliendo l’imballo, una delle due tende era ammaccata. Ovviamente lungi da me chiedere una sostituzione e rischiare di aspettare altri X mesi; ho ottenuto un voucher di 50€.

I can't be satisfied, the experience was bad, but I still want to put 3 stars (enough). In fact, while I would give 1 star (if not zero) to the "paperwork service" for the request for the eco-bonus and delivery, I can only give 5 stars (hence the average of 3 stars) to the assistance I received from the girl (Anna Castro ) in the showroom from the moment of the order.
A few more details starting from the beginning:
- Order in the shop: my requests were precise and "meticulous" (demanding) but this did not represent any problem for the girl who assisted me: kind, helpful, competent and proactive. This attitude was held for the entire time of my "adventure" going beyond what was in his power, beyond his duties. So a heartfelt thanks to Anna.
- Waiting time for the Ecobonus practice: something like 5/6 months when 5 working days were promised: months of absolute silence (even after reminders), documents with errors, missing documents.
- Once the miracle happened (I saw the curtains reveal themselves in my house), by removing the packaging, one of the two curtains was dented. Obviously, far be it from me to ask for a replacement and risk waiting another X months; I got a 50 € voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A due passi dal punto vendita Leroy Merlin (volendo ha un parcheggio dedicato).
Ottimo per farsi un'idea delle varie soluzioni (io ci sono stato per le docce) in tranquillità e senza la presenza assillante di un consulente, con cui si potrà parlare in un secondo momento.
Forse non le ho trovate io, ma mi sembra ci fossero poche soluzioni per vasche da bagno (ammetto di non averle cercate più di tanto).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big store with different departments where you can find everything you need. They also have a showroom here where you can see "end solutions" for bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. The prices are also very competitive with respect to other stores and quality is high. I suggest you to visit this store !
