Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso per chi fa ordini o impone dei lavori fatti malissimo... Fortuna che hanno un team di ragazzi che lavorano con professionalità... Per il resto, ordini sbagliati e consegne non rispettate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ristrutturato 2 appartamenti con MateriaLab. Per il primo non ho avuto alcun problema, se non una parete curva che non era stata fatta ad hoc, ma che successivamente è stata rifilata alla perfezione.
Il secondo, forse per una questione di tempi troppo corti, delle cose non sono state fatte con le dovute attenzioni. Forse perché hanno cambiato operai. Ho poi chiamato per intervenire nelle mancanze e sono venuti senza alcun problema.
Come fornitura sono rimasto contento più per i primi lavori, qualitativamente parlando. Nei secondi un po' meno.
Conosco Marco e chi ci lavora, sono molto professionali e dispoonibili. Le 4 stelle sono meritate.
I renovated apartments with 2 MateriaLab. For the first, I had no problem, except for a curved wall that had not been made ad hoc, but which was subsequently trimmed to perfection.
The second, perhaps because of too short a time, things have not been done with due care. Maybe because they changed workers. I then called to take action on the shortcomings and they came without any problem.
As a supply I was happier for the first jobs, qualitatively speaking. In the seconds a little less.
I know Marco and those who work there, they are very professional and available. The 4 stars are deserved.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Marco ci ha ideato una soluzione abitativa bellissima e funzionale, e Raul e' stato sempre presente e ha sempre risolto qualsiasi problematica insorta, tutti disponibili, professionali e meritevoli di fiducia. Con loro abbiamo ristrutturato un ambiente che non utilizzavamo granché e grazie al loro intervento massiccio ora abbiamo un nuovo spazio confortevole e bellissimo. Personale molto competente anche tecnicamente e ricco di senso estetico. Ci hanno guidati nelle scelte assecondando totalmente i nostri desideri.
We chose Materialab the day we entered to visit their showroom full of objects, furniture, materials and innovative solutions. With them we have renovated an environment that we did not use much and thanks to their massive intervention we now have a new comfortable and beautiful space. Very competent staff also technically and full of aesthetic sense. They guided us in our choices, totally following our wishes.

In particolare Marco ha saputo interpretate le nostre esigenze e metterle in pratica, sia per la parte progettuale che con la proposta dei materiali, nonché trovando le soluzioni adatta ad ogni problematica che si è presentata. Molto competenti e preparati gli artigiani a cui si affidano nonché i loro dipendenti. 4 Stelle più che meritate. Consigliatissimo !!
We turned to Materialab to partially renovate our apartment. We have found availability, seriousness and competence right from the start. In particular, Marco was able to interpret our needs and put them into practice, both for the design part and with the proposal of materials, as well as finding the right solutions for every problem that arose. The artisans they rely on as well as their employees are very competent and prepared. 4 stars more than you deserve. Highly recommended !!

Ottima la preparazione e la professionalità di Raul, che ci ha seguiti e supportati sia nella fase di progettazione che durante i lavori.
Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la puntualità e l'efficienza nella consegna dei materiali .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un caminetto a pellet della Montegrappa circa un anno fa, installazione è stata un disastro (pezzi ordinati sbagliati più volte e rotti durante l'installazione) mi ritrovo ancora oggi che il camino non è stato completato (ho dovuto finirmelo io). Ho un pezzo rotto dall'installatore durante il montaggio non permette di gestire la canalizzazione del calore da frontale alle camere soprastanti devo tenere su la linguetta in metallo con uno "stuzzicadenti"....!
L'inserto a pellet della Montegrappa sarebbe anche un bel camino se l'installazione fosse stata fatta a regola d'arte.
Ultimo appunto: il carico del pellet frontale è difficile da gestire, mi sarei aspettato un consiglio di non farlo da parte del venditore.
Un vero peccato perché il negozio è davvero bello e i prodotti venduti ottimi, avrei acquistato volentieri altro da loro.

Purchased a Montegrappa pellet fireplace about a year ago, installation was a disaster (pieces ordered incorrectly several times and broken during installation) I still find myself today that the fireplace was not completed (I had to finish it myself). I have a piece broken by the installer during assembly does not allow to manage the heat channeling from the front to the rooms above I have to hold up the metal tongue with a "toothpick" ....!
The Montegrappa pellet insert would also be a nice fireplace if the installation had been done in a workmanlike manner.
Last note: the loading of the frontal pellet is difficult to manage, I would have expected advice from the seller not to do it.
A real shame because the shop is really nice and the products sold excellent, I would have gladly purchased more from them.
