Ho comperato una cucina due anni fa circa. Mi sono rivolto a loro recentemente per una necessità di scarsa importanza, il tappo del lavello si era rotto e non ne ho trovato della stessa misura presso punti vendita Brico; chiedendo ( Signor Stefano)se potevano farmene avere uno uguale a quello esistente alla cucina acquistata. Hanno preso nota della mia necessita ma non hanno dato nessun seguito.
I consider the after sales to be an important thing.
I bought a kitchen about two years ago. I recently turned to them for a need of little importance, the sink cap had broken and I have not found one of the same size at Brico points of sale; asking (Mr. Stefano) if they could make me have one equal to the one existing in the kitchen purchased. They took note of my need but gave no follow-up.

Grazie a tutti per il supporto. Malgrado il ritardo nella consegna (ma sono stata sempre informata dei motivi) ogni mio messaggio di sollecito è stato accolto con una risposta veloce. Ottima esperienza .
Professionalism and kindness at all stages. From Emanuele (Corsico) who patiently guided me in the choices of my kitchen to the assembly done by trained and patient people! Thank you all for the support. Despite the delay in delivery (but I was always informed of the reasons) all my reminder messages were greeted with a quick response. Great experience.

Mi sono trovata a dover decidere di dover versare subito il primo acconto e ,davanti alla mia richiesta di aver stampato il preventivo e il progetto per pensarci un attimo su ,mi è stato detto che Arredissima non rilascia bozze di progetti e preventivi quindi, personalmente, non avendo avuto dettagli precisi sul progetto della mia camera da letto non me la sono sentita di concludere.
Spero sia da monito per il futuro e per altri clienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo progettato la cameretta insieme all'arredatrice che ha saputo consigliarci al meglio sulla scelta dei materiali e abbiamo trovato la soluzione adatta a noi. I ragazzi che si sono occupati del trasposto e del montaggio sono stati davvero professionali, puntuali, ordinati e scrupolosi. Si sono accorti loro di una maniglia difettosa e me l'hanno subito fatta notare, richiedendo una nuova all'assistenza. Davvero soddisfatti.
We designed the bedroom together with the interior decorator who was able to advise us best on the choice of materials and we found the right solution for us. The guys who took care of the transport and assembly were really professional, punctual, tidy and scrupulous. They noticed a faulty handle and immediately pointed it out to me, requesting a new one from assistance. Really satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente consigliabile!!! la cameretta di mio figlio è molto carina e in questi giorni abbiamo aggiunto cassettiera e ripiani. Siamo molto soddisfatti, sicuramente in caso di bisogno torneremo. Preciso che le tempistiche sono state un pochino lunghe ma ci era già stato spiegato fin da subito e chiaramente è una cosa che non riguarda solo loro ma le consegne in generale dei materiali in tutti i settori
Absolutely recommendable !!! my son's bedroom is very nice and in these days we have added chest of drawers and shelves. We are very satisfied, surely in case of need we will return. I specify that the timing was a little long but it had already been explained to us immediately and clearly it is something that does not concern only them but the deliveries of materials in general in all sectors.

L'esperienza con la venditrice Erika è stata molto positiva per quanto attiene alla cordialità, professionalità ed empatia. Molto preparata e attenta alle esigenze del cliente, capace di trovare soluzioni originali.
Qualche intoppo poi all'atto pratico con le misure reali, che forse si sarebbe potuto evitare se il geometra avesse riportato un po' più precisamente i rilievi, specie dove gli spazi sono ridotti e anche pochi cm possono diventare un problema!
Un disastro invece la logistica, i montatori ed i tempi di consegna!
Sebbene il Sig. Stefano dell'assistenza sia stato molto gentile e si sia prodigato per cercare di aiutare, dall'altra parte, totale assenza.
I primi montatori hanno creato solo problemi che poi hanno dovuto risolvere gli altri e la logistica non risponde e non gestisce puntualmente le consegne e le comunicazioni!
È da gennaio che aspetto il forno che ho reso perché arrivato con un difetto! Questa è solo una delle cose...
La qualità dei mobili varia da quanto uno è disposto a spendere. Nel mio caso, nella media.
I furnished the whole house with Arredissima di Corsico.
The experience with the seller Erika was very positive as regards friendliness, professionalism and empathy. Very prepared and attentive to customer needs, able to find original solutions.
Then there are some hitches in practice with the actual measurements, which perhaps could have been avoided if the surveyor had reported the reliefs a little more precisely, especially where spaces are limited and even a few cm can become a problem!
On the other hand, logistics, fitters and delivery times are a disaster!
Although the assistance Mr. Stefano was very kind and did his utmost to try to help, on the other hand, total absence.
The first fitters only created problems that the others had to solve and the logistics do not respond and do not manage deliveries and communications on time!
I have been waiting for the oven that I returned since January because it arrived with a defect! This is just one of the things ...
The quality of the furniture varies on how much one is willing to spend. In my case, average.

When day by day you discover how incompetent they are….
Still NO PROGRESS And Obviously no update from the customer assistant part
It a SHAME that they have the payment they needed but they are not fixing their mistake
SHAME TO YOUR COMPANY
Before going to them read all the reviews and read the negative ones cause you will understand why i’m getting frustrated by them
For the moment NO COMMENT.
I advise to all to go elsewhere.
The more i see the kitchen the more i regretted going to them.
I’m just refraining myself to put another picture and bad review.
