Circa un anno e mezzo fa ho acquistato una cucina Febal in esposizione, il montaggio avviene 6 mesi dopo ovvero nel luglio 2013 e subito inizio a notare difetti della stessa, ovvero:
pannello interno lavastoviglie da sostituire in quanto presenta fori preccedenti chiusi con stucco.
- fori in piano di lavoro da chiudere con stucco.
- forno non in bolla.
- cassetto sotto forno che sfrega .
- a tutti i cassetti manca i copri fori e tappi copri fori
-piano cottura da fissare.
- manca la vite di scarico in accia inox del troppo pieno vasca grande (foto allegata).
- manca vite + guarnizione scarico lavello piccolo di connessione tra il raccordo del lavello e gli scarichi sotto lavello (foto allegata- in rosso cerchiato vite mancante nel lavello piccolo) .
- La cucina é dotata di un neon che corre lungo tutta la cucina, ma per metà di questa barra NON è PRESENTE l'intero impianto di illuminazione.
Ricontattato il negozio e dopo loro rassicurazioni di un intervento non ho avuto più nessuna notizia anche dopo diversi solleciti non ultimo circa 5 mesi fa e nuove rassicurazioni.
L'errore più gorsso....aver pagato subito l'intero importo!!
Let me briefly summarize the facts:
About a year and a half ago I bought a Febal kitchen on display, the assembly takes place 6 months later or in July 2013 and I immediately begin to notice its defects, namely:
dishwasher internal panel to be replaced as it has previous holes closed with putty.
- holes in the worktop to be closed with putty.
- oven not level.
- drawer under the oven that rubs.
- all drawers are missing the hole covers and hole covers
-hob to be fixed.
- the stainless steel drain screw of the large tank overflow is missing (photo attached).
- missing screw + small sink drain gasket for connection between the sink fitting and the drains under the sink (photo attached - in red circled screw missing in the small sink).
- The kitchen is equipped with a neon that runs along the entire kitchen, but the entire lighting system is NOT PRESENT for half of this bar.
I contacted the shop again and after their reassurances of an intervention I have not received any news even after several reminders not least about 5 months ago and new reassurances.
The biggest mistake .... having paid the full amount immediately !!
