★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viste le problematiche a voi note e tracciate dalle mail, ho altamente sconsigliato
a più persone che avevano intenzione di acquistare arredamento da voi.
Personalmente considerando tutto il processo dal progetto alla consegna non vi risceglierei/consiglierei
come azienda neanche per montare la tavoletta del wc.
Vi dirò di più, visto che ho perso tempo per compilare il questionario da voi richiesto copio e incollo questa opinione sulle recensioni di google.

Given the problems known to you and tracked by the emails, I highly discouraged
to more people who were planning to buy furniture from you.
Personally considering the whole process from design to delivery I would not choose / recommend you again
as a company not even to mount the toilet seat.

We designed the kitchen and living room together, and I took his expert advice, with a perfect result! He followed me step by step, with infinite patience and always with extreme professionalism. My shopping experience in this showroom was absolutely positive from every point of view, starting from the welcome, to the professionalism of the delivery and after-sales consultants. My house from an ugly duckling is now a beautiful swan! They have been able to translate my needs into the furniture of my dreams! Un grazie particolare al nostro consulente d'arredo Omar Bernardi che è stato da subito molto competente, disponibile e paziente. Nonostante la casa fosse in ristrutturazione sono riusciti a prendere le misure al rustico ed ad ordinarci per tempo quanto richiesto. Molto bravi e professionali a che i montatori che hanno prontamente segnalato i. Lo consiglio vivamente.
We bought almost all the furniture in our house, double bedroom, two bedrooms for the kids, living room furniture, table and chairs. All perfect! Abbiamo acquistato un arredo quasi completo (soggiorno, cucina e camera da letto) e devo dire che la qualità dei materiali mi pare di fascia medio/medio alta. Ottima esperienza con Dario il consulente d’arredo che ci ha seguito, davvero competente, disponibile e proattivo in ogni fase del pre e post ordine. Eccellente la competenza di Florin, il montatore di una ditta esterna che ha provveduto a tutto il processo di installazione. Assolutamente da rivedere invece soprattutto per quanto riguarda i modi nella comunicazione con il cliente e la rapidità delle risposte da parte dell’ufficio post-vendita per le normali “problematiche” che si possono sempre verificare in fase di consegna e montaggio.
Overall positive experience. We bought an almost complete furniture (living room, kitchen and bedroom) and I must say that the quality of the materials seems to me to be of medium / medium-high range. Excellent experience with Dario, the furniture consultant who followed us, really competent, available and proactive in every phase of the pre and post order. Florin's expertise was excellent, the fitter of an external company who took care of the entire installation process. Absolutely to be reviewed, however, especially as regards the ways of communicating with the customer and the speed of responses from the after-sales office for the normal "problems" that can always occur during delivery and assembly.
