Ancora niente merce, niente rimborso.
Mi hanno proposto un buono, quindi ho effettuato un altro ordine e non è arrivato.
Nell'ultima telefonata con la Signora si sentiva un "SIGNORE distinto" che mi insultava e ordinava alla signora di chiudere la telefonata e non perdere tempo.
Ho deciso di aggiornarvi settimanalmente, potrebbe diventare una storia interessante. A presto

They offered me a voucher, so I placed another order and it didn't arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza con questa azienda dove abbiamo realizzato il nostro evento nei migliori dei modi, sono molto organizzati e il lavoro lo fanno veramente bene. Abbiamo inoltre partecipato ad un corso di Balloon Art e vi consigliamo vivamente di rivolgervi a loro dove dietro cè un azienda, in genere chi fà questi corsi sono mezzi privati che lavorano in casa dove noi precedentemente abbiamo avuto brutte esperienze.
Excellent experience with this company where we made our event in the best way, they are very organized and they do the job really well. We also participated in a Balloon Art course and we strongly recommend that you contact them where there is a company behind them, generally those who do these courses are private vehicles who work at home where we have previously had bad experiences.

Servizio pessimo! Sconsigliato. Effettuato parecchi ordini in passato con loro, purtroppo non più efficienti come una volta. Merce ordinata mai arrivata, colori palloncini diversi da quelli ordinati (arrivati 2 azzurri con tonalità differenti). Purtroppo anche servizio clienti inesistente, non rispondono a mail, telefono e messaggi. Perdita di tempo e soldi. Si trovano fornitori migliori e con servizio clienti ottimo.
Attenzione alle parole!...rispondendo con certi termini fate trasparire quanto siete peggiorati, i furbetti, siete voi, cercate di intascarvi i soldi senza consegnare la merce.
Da cliente affezionato, rimasto molto deluso!

Bad service! Not recommended. Made several orders in the past with them, unfortunately not as efficient as they used to be. Ordered goods never arrived, balloon colors different from those ordered (2 blue arrived with different shades). Unfortunately even customer service does not exist, they do not respond to mail, telephone and messages. Waste of time and money. You can find better suppliers and with excellent customer service.
Pay attention to the words! ... by answering with certain terms you reveal how bad you are, the crafty ones, it's you, try to pocket the money without delivering the goods.
As a loyal customer, I was very disappointed!

A questo punto posso solo dire aprite gli occhi gente.. e un grazie ancora per il sempre ottimo servizio a Newballoonstore.
