★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in data 28.06.2021 mi è stata consegnata e montata la cucina di cui all'oggetto.
Circa un mese prima della consegna, è stato effettuato un sopralluogo da parte di personale Ruzzon per verificare la fattibilità del montaggio della cucina da me e mia moglie scelta. La cucina scelta era una di quelle in esposizione. In fase di montaggio gli operatori da inviati si sono accorti della presenza di un interruttore di corrente proprio in corrispondenza del lavabo. Per proseguire con il montaggio della cucina sono stato obbligato a chiudere il medesimo interruttore, interruttore che mi permetteva di escludere le tre prese poste nella parte inferiore della parete. Mi chiedo...ma il sopralluogo del vostro tecnico a cosa è servito? perchè non è stato rilevato? Mi sono recato prontamente il giorno successivo presso il punto vendita di Trezzano S/N per fare presente al venditore che ci ha seguiti (Sig. Alessandro) della problematica riscontrata e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta esaustiva. Alla domanda del perchè il tecnico non ha rilevato la presenza di un interruttore di corrente proprio all'altezza del lavabo ho ricevuto una risposta del tipo...non saprei, senza provare a trovare una soluzione. Ad oggi mi ritrovo una cucina montata e un interruttore non utilizzabile. Ho pagato un servizio (sopralluogo tecnico) che di fatto non ho ricevuto).
Ad oggi 01.10.2021 non ricevuto alcuna risposta nonostante due mail di reclamo.
Esperienza da dimenticare e venditore molto attento all'incasso del bonifico piuttosto che a risolvere la problematica del cliente.

About a month before delivery, an inspection was carried out by Ruzzon personnel to verify the feasibility of assembling the kitchen chosen by me and my wife. The kitchen chosen was one of those on display. During the assembly phase, the operators to be sent noticed the presence of a power switch right in correspondence with the sink. To continue with the assembly of the kitchen I was forced to close the same switch, a switch that allowed me to exclude the three sockets located in the lower part of the wall. I wonder ... but what was the use of your technician's inspection? why was it not detected? The next day I went promptly to the store in Trezzano S / N to inform the seller who followed us (Mr. Alessandro) of the problem encountered and I have not received any exhaustive reply. When asked why the technician did not detect the presence of a power switch right at the height of the sink, I received an answer like ... I don't know, without trying to find a solution. To date, I have a fitted kitchen and a non-usable switch. I paid for a service (technical inspection) that I did not actually receive).
To date 01.10.2021 received no response despite two complaints emails.
Experience to forget and seller very attentive to the collection of the transfer rather than solving the customer's problem.

Avevo voglia di cambiamento, ma nessuno riusciva a soddisfare le mie esigenze. Casualmente, mi imbatto in Arredamenti Ruzzon, sconsolata e con poche speranze. Mi accoglie Alberto che, con professionalità e simpatia, ha saputo accompagnarmi in questa scelta. Mi innamoro del “modello Like” in esposizione e, pur non avendo un appuntamento iniziamo, con pazienza e dedizione, a farci un’idea del risultato finale. Prendo un po’ di tempo per pensarci, ma niente era quella. La acquisto. Il post vendita perfetto, come tutte le fasi precedenti al mio acquisto. Misure perfette e consegna senza intoppi. Oltre ad Alberto, Mario e la sua squadra sono stati impeccabili nel montaggio! La cucina è stata consegnata addirittura prima dei tempi previsti! Che dire professionalità, gentilezza, ascolto e serietà li potete trovare da Arredamenti Ruzzon!! Consigliatissimi! Ah, un’ultima considerazione! Questa è la mia cucina ? Grazie davvero!
After receiving many quotes and visiting several showrooms, I was looking for the kitchen of my dreams. I was in the mood for change, but no one could meet my needs. By chance, I come across Arredamenti Ruzzon, disconsolate and with little hope. Alberto welcomes me who, with professionalism and sympathy, has been able to accompany me in this choice. I fall in love with the "Like model" on display and, despite not having an appointment, we begin, with patience and dedication, to get an idea of the final result. I take some time to think about it, but that was nothing. The purchase. The perfect after-sales service, like all the phases preceding my purchase. Perfect fit and smooth delivery. In addition to Alberto, Mario and his team were impeccable in editing! The kitchen was delivered even ahead of schedule! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio condividere questa mia pessima esperienza avuta con tale rivenditore Veneta Cucine, che da cliente, svaluta il marchio stesso Veneta considerando che chi sceglie questo brand si aspetta un servizio d'eccellenza.
Abbiamo ordinato una cucina Veneta presso questo rivenditore e siamo stati seguiti in fase di acquisto da un venditore molto abile e professionale, tuttavia le sue parole sono state parzialmente deluse da quello che è avvenuto in seguito.
Insieme abbiamo stabilito una data di consegna congrua con i tempi di reperimento materiale, specificando chiaramente che non avevamo urgenza di ricevere la cucina ma che dovendo procedere con dei lavori interni avevamo la necessità di conoscere una data precisa.
Tuttavia, a circa 7 giorni dalla data di prevista consegna, e solo dopo i nostri numerosi solleciti, siamo venuti a conoscenza di un ritardo di 10 giorni rispetto alla data pattuita, il che ha comportato un disagio organizzativo ed economico per la nostra famiglia.
Proprio il proprietario si è dimostrato brusco e maleducato nel darci le dovute spiegazioni circa tale ritardo, limitandosi a scusarsi ma non venendo minimamente incontro alle esigenze del cliente, tantomeno a livello economico.
I want to share my bad experience with this Veneta Cucine retailer, who as a customer devalues the Veneta brand itself considering that those who choose this brand expect excellent service.
We ordered a Venetian kitchen from this dealer and we were followed during the purchase by a very skilled and professional seller, however his words were partially disappointed by what happened next.
Together we established a delivery date that was consistent with the times for finding material, clearly specifying that we did not have an urgent need to receive the kitchen but that, having to proceed with internal work, we needed to know a precise date.
However, about 7 days from the expected delivery date, and only after our numerous reminders, we became aware of a 10-day delay with respect to the agreed date, which resulted in organizational and economic inconvenience for our family.
The owner himself proved to be brusque and rude in giving us the necessary explanations about this delay, limiting himself to apologizing but not meeting the customer's needs in the least, let alone economically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Febbraio 2021, eravamo alla ricerca di una cucina e una volta entrati da Ruzzon a Trezzano, ci siamo imbattuti in Alberto... Da subito ci ha fatti sentire come a casa e ha cercato di capire cosa ci potesse interessare... Da una cucina laccata bianca come idea di partenza, abbiamo scelto e acquistato la top di gamma in vetro "Ri-flex".
Ottima scelta per un'ottima qualità!
Dalla progettazione all'installazione, è stato tutto perfetto!
Alberto ci ha dato le dritte giuste, lo abbiamo stressato in tutti modi, ma ci ha consigliati benissimo!
Se tornassi indietro farei esattamente la stessa scelta e mi affiderei sempre a lui e a Ruzzon!

February 2021, we were looking for a kitchen and once we entered Ruzzon's in Trezzano, we ran into Alberto ... He immediately made us feel at home and tried to understand what could interest us ... From a kitchen white lacquered as a starting idea, we have chosen and purchased the top of the range glass "Ri-flex".
Great choice for great quality!
From design to installation, everything was perfect!
Alberto gave us the right tips, we stressed him in every way, but he advised us very well!
If I went back I would make exactly the same choice and I would always trust him and Ruzzon!

Ci ha seguito nell'Inter Alberto Ciardiello, persona preparata oltre che simpatica(che oggigiorno non è cosa di poco conto). Con lui e mia moglie abbiamo costruito nei minimi dettagli la nostra cucina che ci è stata poi consegnata a Dicembre. Bello il risultato finale. Ringrazio ancora una volta Alberto per averci supportato con la sua esperienza nelle nostre richieste ...anche SOPPORTATO,sperando di ritrovarlo per un eventuale prossimo acquisto.

We bought a Veneta cucine in the Ruzzon di Trezzano shop. Alberto Ciardiello followed us at Inter, a prepared as well as nice person (which today is not a trivial matter). With him and my wife we built our kitchen down to the smallest detail, which was then delivered to us in December. The final result is beautiful. I thank Alberto once again for having supported us with his experience in our requests ... also SUPPORTED, hoping to find him for a possible next purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Settembre 2021 entriamo in arredamenti Ruzzon per valutare l'acquisto di una nuova cucina, siamo stati accolti sin da subito dal personale di vendita, Alberto in particolare che ci ha illustrato i vari modelli, consigliandoci secondo le nostre esigenze. Riferiamo di voler fare un giro per renderci conto dei prezzi in altri negozi e delle varie qualità. La cortesia usata è stata eccezionale, ovviamente torniamo da veneta per la qualità dei materiali e Alberto ci ha egregiamente condotto nella fase di progettazione della cucina, apportando modifiche anche in un secondo momento. Il 20 dicembre consegnano la cucina in modo impeccabile nel montaggio e soprattutto con tutte le modifiche fatte in un secondo momento, non sbagliandone alcuna, proprio grazie al saper fare del venditore.... Ottimo acquisto, ottima assistenza e bravi ragazzi.

Dopo numerosi preventivi su tutti i principali marchi di cucine, il progetto per il quale ci ha seguiti Alberto - con professionalità e simpatia - è risultato assolutamente il più convincente in termini di qualità e di costi.
Anche i tempi, in questo momento di difficoltà delle aziende fornitrici, sono stati precisi. Abbiamo così ricevuto la cucina nel momento in cui effettivamente a) potevamo installarla al termine dei lavori b) non ci eravamo ancora trasferiti.
Il risultato estetico è eccellente e dopo un mese di utilizzo non ci sono mai stati inconvenienti.
Un BRAVO anche agli installatori: rapidi, precisi e professionali.
Arredamenti Ruzzon assolutamente consigliati.
Excellent experience with Ruzzon for Veneta Cucine
After numerous estimates on all the main kitchen brands, the project for which Alberto followed us - with professionalism and sympathy - was absolutely the most convincing in terms of quality and costs.
The timing, in this difficult time for the supplier companies, was also precise. We thus received the kitchen when actually a) we could install it at the end of the work b) we had not yet moved.
The aesthetic result is excellent and after a month of use there have never been any problems.
A BRAVO also to installers: fast, precise and professional.
Ruzzon furnishings absolutely recommended.
