★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della qualità dei mobili, del personale in negozio soprattutto di Alessandro che ci ha seguito passo passo per ogni decisione, è stato sempre professionale, competente, di buon gusto, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è stato sempre oltre che gentile, disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza e cosi' anche il personale al telefono, Giovanna e Carolina sono state gentilissime e disponibili a chiarirci qualsiasi dubbio. I posatori sono stati oltre che gentilissimi e molto, molto educati, competenti e professionali, hanno montato tutto perfettamente senza aver procurato il minimo segno a pareti e parquet, hanno lasciato tutto pulito e anche nel condominio avendo portato tutto imballato non hanno lasciato il minimo segno. Noi siamo felicissimi degli acquisti fatti, il tavolo di legno massello è straordinario tanto è bello, sedie e divano anche, bellissimi e i mobili della camera e del soggiorno a noi piacciono tantissimo.
We were very satisfied with the quality of the furniture, the staff in the shop especially Alessandro who followed us step by step for every decision, was always professional, competent, tasteful, gave us excellent advice and was always as well as kind , available to our every need and so too the staff on the phone, Giovanna and Carolina were very kind and available to clarify any doubts. The installers were not only very kind and very, very polite, competent and professional, they assembled everything perfectly without having caused the slightest sign on the walls and parquet, they left everything clean and even in the condominium having brought everything packed they did not leave the slightest sign . We are delighted with the purchases made, the solid wood table is extraordinary so much it is beautiful, chairs and sofa also, beautiful and we love the furniture in the bedroom and living room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato! Montatori incapaci, post vendita presente ma "a parole" .
Ho acquistato una cucina modello Scorzè presso il negozio di Trezzano sul Naviglio, mi è stata consegnata ad agosto 2020 e ad oggi non sono ancora riusciti a risolvere i vari problemi riscontrati subito e contestati all'ufficio consegne.

Il top e gli schienali sono arrivati sbagliati 3 volte, ad oggi non si è ancora fatto vedere nessuno per la sostituzione "definitiva". Il pannello boiserie in massello con la mensola è più corto di circa un centimetro rispetto la cucina e la mensola arriva a metà dell'anta.
I montatori che mi sono stati mandati non erano capaci, hanno fatto dei buchi all'interno delle basi senza motivo, i frontali ante e cassetti sono tutti fuori squadro, il frontale di un cesto è stato ammaccato perché l'hanno fatto cadere.
Spero di essere contattato al più presto per risolvere il problema dato che è più di un anno che andiamo avanti a sostituzioni ma non riusciamo a risolvere.

I purchased a Scorzè model kitchen at the Trezzano sul Naviglio store, it was delivered to me in August 2020 and to date they have not yet been able to solve the various problems encountered immediately and contested to the delivery office.

The top and the backrests have arrived wrong 3 times, to date no one has yet shown up for the "definitive" replacement. The solid wood boiserie panel with the shelf is about one centimeter shorter than the kitchen and the shelf reaches the middle of the door.
The fitters who were sent to me were not capable, they made holes inside the bases for no reason, the door and drawer fronts are all out of square, the front of a basket was dented because they dropped it.
I hope to be contacted as soon as possible to resolve the problem as we have been making replacements for more than a year but are unable to resolve.
