★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplice scarpiera (70€) comprata sul sito, ci è voluto 1 mese per farla arrivare a casa (siamo dovuti andare in negozio perché si stavano dimenticando dell'esistenza dell'ordine visto che non avevo potuto rispondere all'unica chiamata da loro fatta).
Arrivato il prodotto, uno dei 5 pannelli non era forato, roba che qualsiasi Controllo Qualità avrebbe visto (mancano ben 6 buchi da circa 1cm) e quindi non è assemblabile.
Supporto telefonico che rimanda alla mail, casella mail che pare senza presidio e la mia scarpiera mezza montata che sono tentato di lanciare dal balcone.
Ultima volta che acquisto da conforama, buono solo per gli oggettini che ha in negozio (forse).
 Simple shoe rack (70 €) bought on the site, it took 1 month to get it home (we had to go to the store because they were forgetting the existence of the order since I could not answer the only call they made) .
Once the product arrived, one of the 5 panels was not perforated, stuff that any Quality Control would have seen (6 holes of about 1cm are missing) and therefore cannot be assembled.
Telephone support that refers to the e-mail, the e-mail box that seems unattended and my half-mounted shoe rack that I am tempted to throw from the balcony.
Last time I buy from conforama, good only for the little things he has in the shop (maybe).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il Materiale devo dire che è di buona qualità, ma purtroppo do 1 stella solo per l'incompetenza e la cattiva gestione dell'assistenza clienti. Da mesi segnalo un elemento arrivato con un profilo con cromatura "sbagliata"". Tralascio la mancanza di comunicazione in generale, ma la possibilità di aprire solo sul sito delle richieste gestite in tempi indefiniti e e con risposte imprecise, vaghe o del tutto assenti. Dopo mesi in cui mi viene consegnata puntualmente della merce in sostituzione errata nonostante foto e specifiche, ( per ben 3 volte rimbalzata al mittente e consegnata tra l' altro da personale senza mascherine e sempre ad orari diversi da quelli concordati), ieri finalmente, dopo l'ennesimo reclamo, qualcuno mi contatta per capire da capo la mia richiesta ( incredibilmente non compresa in precedenza perchè non sapevano nemmeno com' era fatto il mobile venduto) e si arriva alla conclusione che il fornitore non realizza quel pezzo con rifiniture diverse da quella in mio possesso ( dettaglio omesso sia in fase di acquisto che sull'ordine di vendita) e cercano di chiudere la richiesta dichiarando che l'ordine era conforme. SOLO quando faccio presente la palese omissione da parte di Conforama di un dettaglio non imputabile al cliente, iniziano le scuse e offrono come soluzione la sostituzione di altri pezzi di un colore non di mio gradimento. Sinceramente penso che assistenza clienti, significhi innanzitutto ascolto e problem solving, e su questo conforama deve lavorare e migliorare parecchio. Attendo ora risposte dalla direzione.

"I omit the lack of communication in general, but the possibility of opening only on the site requests managed indefinitely and with inaccurate, vague or completely absent answers. months in which the goods are delivered to me on time as an incorrect replacement despite photos and specifications, (3 times bounced to the sender and delivered among other things by personnel without masks and always at times other than those agreed), yesterday finally, after the 'yet another complaint, someone contacts me to understand my request from scratch (incredibly not previously understood because they did not even know how the piece of furniture sold was made) and we come to the conclusion that the supplier does not make that piece with finishes other than the one in possession (detail omitted both in the purchase phase and on the sales order) and try to close the request by declaring that the order was compliant. ONLY when I point out Conforama's blatant omission of a detail not attributable to the customer, do they begin to apologize and offer as a solution the replacement of other pieces of a color not to my liking. I honestly think that customer service means first of all listening and problem solving, and on this respect, he has to work and improve a lot. I await replies from management now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati seguiti da Fiammetta per disegnare la nostra nuova cucina e abbiamo trovato una persona competente paziente e con tantissima esperienza! Il risultato è strepitoso é arrivata nei tempi previsti ed è stata montata correttamente e in pochissimo tempo (7 ore)

We were followed by Fiammetta to design our new kitchen and we found a competent person, patient and with a lot of experience! The result is amazing, it arrived on schedule and was assembled correctly and in a very short time (7 hours)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi prego! leggete tutte le recensione prima di comprare... vi renderete conto che: quasi la maggior parte delle recensione sono negative...ATTENTI! ad inizio di ottobre ho ordinato un armadio fatto su misura, arrivato 5 mesi dopo con tutte le maniglie sbagliate, materiale veramente scarso ...dopo una dieciena di email con tante di foto allegate sono venuti 3 dipendente ogni uno distanza di due settimane a vedere quale è il problema. Si sono resi conto che il bucchi delle ante non coincidono con i buchi delle maniglie. peccato che non hanno speficificato bene il problema. PERSONALE INCOMPETENTI! mi sono recata direttamente in a Conforama di Trezzano, ho trovato 3 persone davanti a me che se lamentavano perche avevano ordinato e pagato la merce e non era ancora arrivata. Poca serietà... Dopo una 20 di giorni sono arrivati di nuovo le maniglie sempre con il bucchi sbagliati oggi siamo al 5 di maggio 2022 è non ho ancora una risposta da parte di Conforma. Mi chiedo??? Il direttore cosa dice? E così incompetente come suoi dipendenti.....che non sa dare anche una risposta a suoi clienti.... Visto che l'assistenza al cliente te dice provvederemo subito e fino ad oggi niente. Non comprate qui...o vi troverete nella stessa situazione mia.
I beg you! read all the reviews before buying ... you will realize that: almost most of the reviews are negative ... BEWARE! at the beginning of October I ordered a custom-made wardrobe, which arrived 5 months later with all the wrong handles, really scarce material ... after ten years of emails with lots of photos attached, 3 employees came every two weeks to see what is the problem. They realized that the holes in the doors do not coincide with the holes in the handles. pity they did not specify the problem well. INCOMPETENT STAFF! I went directly to Conforama di Trezzano, I found 3 people in front of me who complained because they had ordered and paid for the goods and had not yet arrived. Little seriousness ... After 20 days the handles arrived again always with the wrong holes today we are at May 5th 2022 and I still don't have a response from Conforma. I wonder??? What does the director say? He is as incompetent as his employees ..... that he does not even know how to give an answer to his customers .... Since the customer service tells you we will provide immediately and up to now nothing. Don't shop here ... or you will find yourself in the same situation as me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono entusiasta buona scelta divani .. costi contenuti anche rispetto altri competitors..buona disposizione ..ha anche un bar interno al termine del percorso guidato al piano terra. è possibile accesso anche solo bar. meno caotico del vicino Mondo convenienza.. Assolutamente da vedere.. trasporto e montaggio gratis al minimo spesa
I am enthusiastic good choice of sofas .. low costs even compared to other competitors .. good layout .. also has an internal bar at the end of the guided tour on the ground floor. it is also possible to access only the bar. less chaotic than the nearby world convenience .. A must see .. free transport and assembly at the minimum cost

Per il soggiorno mi sono affidato a Mussi che è stato davvero super gentile, disponbile e molto professionale (allego la foto del mobile montato).
Per la camera sono stato seguito da Silvana, molto brava anche lei e precisa nella progettazione dell'armadio, tutto perfetto (vedasi foto).
Ringrazio anche i montatori per il lavoro effettuato, con precisione ed attenzione (Giovanni e Gabriel).
