★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso che sia il top x quanto riguarda le piastrelle ed i gres, ma anche l'arredobagno é veramente bellissimo,.
Purtroppo i prezzi sono veramente alti, anche se la qualità non si discute.
Altro neo evidente che mi ha fatto propendere x un altra azienda sono i tempi, dovuti al fatto che non hanno magazzino.
I think it's the top x as far as tiles and stoneware are concerned, but also the bathroom furniture is really beautiful.
Unfortunately the prices are really high, even if the quality is not discussed.
The other obvious mole that made me lean towards another company are the times, due to the fact that they have no warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nel corso di una ristrutturazione ho acquistato x 2 bagni le piastrelle i sanitari e la rubinetteria c/o il Vs. negozio dopo un anno una guarnizione del lavandino si e' rotta sono venuto in negozio ma l'assistenza clienti mi ha detto che Voi
non avete le guarnizioni come ricambio e non mi avete saputo dire dove trovarle. Ho girato tutti i negozi e persino chi rifornisce gli idraulici ma niente sono praticamente introvabili.
mi avete suggerito di far uscire un tecnico perche' i rubinetti erano ancora in garanzia, ho dovuto mandate le foto del lavandino poi un filmato x far vedere l'acqua che defluiva nello scarico e come se non bastasse avete richiesto le foto x vedere dove era installato il lavandino nel bagno e tutto questo per una guarnizione, (a questo punto ho rinunciato). Vi sembra una cosa normale?

E' passato un mese da quando mi avete richiesto il numero di telefono

during a renovation I bought the tiles, sanitary ware and taps for 2 bathrooms at your shop after a year a sink gasket broke I came to the shop but the customer service told me that you
you do not have the gaskets as a spare and you have not been able to tell me where to find them. I went around all the shops and even those who supply the plumbers but nothing is practically unobtainable.
you suggested that I let a technician out because the taps were still under warranty, I had to send photos of the sink then a video to show the water flowing into the drain and to top it off you requested photos to see where it was installed the sink in the bathroom and all this for a gasket, (at this point I gave up). Does this seem normal to you?
You certainly don't make a good impression on us !!! (such as after sales assistance

Elegant, refined but above all very well-stocked showroom. I have been to this store for the renovation of the bathroom and kitchen. I especially thank Massimo Marioni for his patience in following us and for the original and innovative suggestions he has provided.
The materials are excellent, the result is excellent! I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to find a whole new bathroom for my Italian house. The staff were wonderful, most helpful and made some very clever suggestions which helped me decide on a style that was both pleasing to my wife and myself and not too expensive.
I will certainly visit here again when my wife decides to "change" the room again.
