★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE DI SCEGLIERE IPERCERAMICA (non per il negozio specifico ma proprio in generale: qualità dei materiali pessima, servizio e trasporto terribili).
Qui trovate la storia:
- Facciamo un preventivo per pavimenti e piastrelle per tutta la casa: gentili e disponibili, tutto ok.
- Dopo qualche settimana (il tempo per i muratori di sgombrare e confermare le misure) torniamo per pagare e ci dicono che il pavimento che avevamo scelto era finito (ovviamente nessun avviso in fase di preventivo che ne avevano scorte limitate). Chiediamo di sceglierne un altro ma ci dicono di tornare il pomeriggio perché dovevano andare a pranzo fuori in modo anche abbastanza arrogante.
- Torniamo al pomeriggio e saldiamo l'ordine.
- Dopo qualche settimana l'ordine arriva, molti pezzi rotti. Lo segnaliamo e ce ne mandano altri (qui devo dire molto efficienti).
- Iniziano i lavori: qui cominciano i problemi, il piastrellista ci fa notare che quasi tutte le piastrelle del pavimento non sono perfettamente dritte, poi che i distanziatori non vanno bene e infine che la quantità di colla data dal negozio è nettamente insufficiente.
- Infine ciliegina sulla torta: faccio un ordine online per integrare alcuni pezzi: ARRIVA QUASI TUTTO ROTTO. Comincio a scrivere al servizio Clienti etc, non mi risponde nessuno e ad oggi ancora NESSUNA RISPOSTA.
I ABSOLUTELY DON'T CHOOSE IPERCERAMICA (not for the specific shop but just in general: bad quality of materials, terrible service and transport).
Here you find the story:
- We make a quote for floors and tiles for the whole house: kind and helpful, everything ok.
- After a few weeks (the time for the masons to clear out and confirm the measures) we return to pay and they tell us that the floor we had chosen was finished (obviously no notice in the estimate phase that they had limited stocks). We ask to choose another one but they tell us to come back in the afternoon because they had to go out for lunch in a rather arrogant way.
- Let's go back in the afternoon and settle the order.
- After a few weeks the order arrives, many pieces broken. We report it and they send us others (here I must say very efficient).
- Work begins: here the problems begin, the tiler points out that almost all the floor tiles are not perfectly straight, then that the spacers are not good and finally that the quantity of glue given by the shop is clearly insufficient.
- Finally, icing on the cake: I place an online order to integrate some pieces: ALMOST ALL BROKEN ARRIVES. I begin to write to Customer Service etc, no one answers me and to date still NO ANSWER.
