Un progetto completo in tutto e per tutto (illuminazione del locale, colori delle pareti ecc). Tempi di consegna rispettati. Complimenti anche ai ragazzi della consegna e montaggio.
Grazie per la cordialità e la professionalità con cui siamo stati seguiti dall’inizio alla fine.

La provenienza è un buon biglietto da visita sulla qualità, il design è invece guidato da un team di progettisti di interni guidati dal gusto italiano.L'approccio al cliente è ben strutturato, insieme al team si costruisce un progetto a tutto tondo che poi viene mostrato attraverso un rendering dell'ambiente. Non è uno show room low price, ma alla fine i prezzi risultano convenienti. Consigliato.
Life is a distribution brand of mainly German kitchens. The provenance is a good business card on quality, the design is instead led by a team of interior designers guided by Italian taste.The approach to the customer is well structured, together with the team we build an all-round project which is then shown through a rendering of the environment. It is not a low price show room, but in the end the prices are affordable. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire sulla qualità del prodotto, anche se ci sono grosse differenze di prezzo rispetto ai modelli base. Apprezzata anche la cortesia del progettista. La musica è cambiata quando si è trattato di montare la cucina. Sono arrivati due stranieri - niente di male - ma appena ho chiesto di verificare il green pass, obbligatorio in questo periodo, uno me ne ha mostrato uno scaduto (sostenendo che era valido) . Per fortuna avevo l'App di verifica e me ne sono accorto, quello dell'altro collega era valido. Non li ho fatti entrare e lì hanno cominciato a venire fuori la criticità di quest'azienda. Ho dovuto aspettare due giorni, ho chiesto il rimborso delle spese di vitto e per il disagio di restare senza cucina... Nulla. Si affidano a ditte esterne per il montaggio. Il problema è che il cliente paga tutta la fornitura prima e poi paga il montaggio al montatore... Un sistema che non funziona e che si può rivelare pericoloso nel caso di disguidi come il mio...

Non avevamo preso alcun appuntamento ma ci interessava principalmente capire se la qualità delle cucine proposte rispondeva alle nostre aspettative. Ebbene devo dire che non ci aspettavamo la professinalità e la gentilezza con la quale siamo stati accolti, le sig.ra Lisa ci ha presi letteralmente per mano facendoci fare un tour molto esaustivo nel mondo "LIFE" e chiarendo con massima professionalità tutti i dubbi che man mano manifestavamo, devo dire che ci ha proprio convinti tanto è vero che abbiamo già preso appuntameto per configurare una cucina che risponda alle nostre esigenze. Siamo molto contenti di aver deciso di visitare il negozio e un sentito grazie alla sig.ra Lisa per il tempo che ci ha dedicato illustrandoci tutto con grande passione e professionalità. Last Sunday with my wife we visited this shop that offers kitchens unknown to us until then. We hadn't made any appointments but we were mainly interested in understanding whether the quality of the proposed kitchens met our expectations. Well I must say that we did not expect the professionalism and kindness with which we were welcomed, Mrs. Lisa literally took us by the hand making us do a very exhaustive tour in the "LIFE" world and clarifying with the utmost professionalism all the doubts that as we manifested, I must say that he really convinced us so much so that we have already made an appointment to configure a kitchen that meets our needs. We are very happy to have decided to visit the shop and a heartfelt thanks to Ms Lisa for the time she has dedicated to us illustrating everything with great passion and professionalism. Con la nostra prima visita siamo rimasti molto entusiasti del servizio offerto e delle proposte. Alla fine non è stata la nostra scelta, ma ci tengo comunque a ringraziare Elisa e la sua disponibilità nel realizzare un progetto in linea con le nostre richieste e i nostri bisogni. Ciò che mi è piaciuto molto è stato poter ricevere il disegno del progetto e il dettaglio degli elementi scelti, non è da tutti! In questo modo ho potuto fare una scelta più consapevole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'incontro con Life Cucine è stato più che casuale, ci siamo affacciati in showroom per l'acquisto della cucina della nostra primissima casa in un mondo in cui la scelta tra i vari brand è fin troppo vasta: inutile dire che sin da subito l'accoglienza e l'attenzione al cliente è stata più che formidabile, il progettista Jacopo ha saputo seguirci nell'idea, nella creazione e nella realizzazione sempre con massima attenzione e puntualità, nonché con una sorprendente e mai scontata umanità. La consegna è avvenuta anche prima dei tempi previsti, sempre per venire incontro ad una nostra necessità e la cucina si è mostrata sin da subito funzionale, bella da vedere ed in linea con il progetto presentatoci. Abbiamo avuto successivamente un piccolo intoppo per cui abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci all'assistenza post-vendita e, sebbene il neo sia da individuare nelle tempistiche decisamente lunghe, Jacopo e Lisa ci hanno sempre seguiti con attenzione e cordialità, preoccupandosi realmente della nostra condizione: anche qui devo complimentarmi per l'efficienza dei ragazzi che hanno messo a punto in seguito ciò che andava sistemato senza alcun indugio. Sicuramente una cucina che ci accompagnerà a lungo nella nostra vita, ed un ricordo di un'esperienza che consiglio sicuramente a tutti!
The meeting with Life Cucine was more than casual, we looked into the showroom to buy the kitchen of our very first house in a world where the choice between the various brands is too vast: it goes without saying that right away the 'welcome and attention to the customer was more than formidable, the designer Jacopo was able to follow us in the idea, in the creation and in the realization always with the utmost attention and punctuality, as well as with a surprising and never predictable humanity. The delivery took place even before the scheduled time, always to meet our needs and the kitchen was immediately functional, beautiful to look at and in line with the project presented to us. We subsequently had a small hitch for which we had to turn to after-sales assistance and, although the mole is to be identified in the decidedly long timescales, Jacopo and Lisa have always followed us with attention and cordiality, really caring about our condition: here too I have to congratulate on the efficiency of the guys who later developed what needed to be fixed without delay. Definitely a cuisine that will accompany us for a long time in our life, and a memory of an experience that I definitely recommend to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a Life Cucine grazie ai miei suoceri, che stavano progettando la loro cucina con Jacopo. Ci siamo presentati una domenica pomeriggio con 20 minuti di preavviso, nonostante questo siamo stati accolti con enorme cortesia da una collega di Jacopo, che ci ha fatto fare un giro dell'ottimo showroom spiegandoci tutte le caratteristiche delle cucine e degli accessori del catalogo Life. La settimana successiva abbiamo prenotato un appuntamento con Jacopo, che ha cucito sulle nostre necessità una cucina eccezionale, rimanendo nel budget prefissato nonostante le nostre richieste un po' esose (top in Dekton, piano cottura con cappa integrata etc.).
Dopo pochi giorni ci ha presentato il render in allegato. Entusiasti abbiamo ordinato la cucina nel mese di Novembre.
Subito dopo Jacopo è venuto a casa nostra per le rilevazioni e le misure, e a fine febbraio la cucina era pronta.
Si sono appoggiati a dei montatori esterni, che lavorano con tutti i marchi più famosi di cucine e che in circa 12 ore hanno montato alla perfezione la cucina, di cui allego la foto.
Mi sento di consigliare Jacopo e Life cucine data l'incredibile accoglienza e il fantastico supporto che ci hanno dato in tutte le fasi, dalla progettazione al post vendita.
We turned to Life Cucine thanks to my in-laws, who were designing their kitchen with Jacopo. We showed up on a Sunday afternoon with 20 minutes notice, despite this we were greeted with enormous courtesy by a colleague of Jacopo, who showed us around the excellent showroom explaining all the features of the kitchens and accessories in the Life catalog. The following week we booked an appointment with Jacopo, who tailored an exceptional cuisine to our needs, remaining within the fixed budget despite our somewhat expensive requests (top in Dekton, hob with integrated hood, etc.).
After a few days he presented us with the render attached. Enthusiastic we ordered the kitchen in November.
Immediately afterwards, Jacopo came to our house for surveys and measurements, and at the end of February the kitchen was ready.
They relied on external fitters, who work with all the most famous kitchen brands and who in about 12 hours have perfectly assembled the kitchen, of which I am attaching the photo.
I would like to recommend Jacopo and Life cucine given the incredible welcome and fantastic support they gave us in all phases, from design to after-sales.
