★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte la bellezza del negozio lascio le 5 stelle per il bellissimo gesto della ragazza alla cassa che mi ha restituito 50 euro che per errore avevo lasciato in più. Non mi sarei mai accorto di aver dato 50 euro in più e vedere l'onestà di questa persona mi ha rallegrato la giornata.
 Apart from the beauty of the shop, I leave the 5 stars for the beautiful gesture of the girl at the cashier who gave me back 50 euros that I had left in excess by mistake. I would never have noticed that I had given 50 euros more and seeing this person's honesty made me happy for the day.

Merce di ottima qualita' e ottimi brand... peccato che ho dovuto chiedere attenzione in diverse occasioni ... personale inesistente !!!
Ho dovuto anche chiedere alla commessa alla cassa di piegarmi le cose perchè me le buttava nella borsa come fossero stracci!!!
Peccato perche' negozio ben fornito.
I went yesterday afternoon and spent € 266.50.
Excellent quality goods and excellent brands ... pity that I had to ask for attention on several occasions ... non-existent staff !!!
I also had to ask the saleswoman at the cashier to fold things for me because she threw them in my bag as if they were rags !!!
Too bad because the shop is well stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande scelta di prodotti e di brand. Non ho trovato questa grande preparazione dei commessi. Ho chiesto per delle scarpe da corsa e mi hanno detto che non cambiava nulla tra i vari modelli o le varie Marche ma di scegliere il colore che preferivo. Per un giubbotto mi hanno detto che la taglia non veniva nemmeno fabbricata (risposta non vera perché verificata sul sito del brand). Per i pagamenti non accettano AMEX.
Great choice of products and brands. I have not found this great preparation of the salesmen. I asked for some running shoes and they told me that nothing changed between the various models or the various brands but to choose the color I preferred. For a jacket they told me that the size was not even manufactured (answer not true because it was verified on the brand's website). For payments they do not accept AMEX.

Mi ha fatto un test con un macchinario per vedere come cammino.. ha portato da provare diversi modelli ed ho trovato la soluzione ideale. Gentile professionale e competente.
I bought a pair of running shoes because they are the only ones that allow me to move without experiencing heel pain. Emanuel is their expert. He made me a test with a machine to see how I walk .. he brought several models to try and I found the ideal solution. Kind professional and knowledgeable.

Ampio parcheggio a bordo strada e posizionato in una zona dove trovate tante attività commerciali differenti.
Excellent selection of clothing and shoes (but not only) of the most famous brands, courteous and well-trained staff, clean and bright place, prices aligned with the market but also excellent offers! Ample parking on the roadside and located in an area where you can find many different commercial activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace contraddirvi ma io ci sono stata oggi pomeriggio e non ho trovato nessuna cortesia anzi il personale non mi ha accolto e due di loro si sono messi a farsi fare le foto. Stavo guardando la scarpe e nessuno del personale che si fosse avvicinato a chiedere se avessi avuto bisogno...molto ma molto deludente come esperienza da cliente.
I'm sorry to contradict you but I was there this afternoon and I didn't find any courtesy in fact the staff didn't welcome me and two of them started to have their photos taken. I was looking at the shoes and none of the staff that came over to ask if I needed ... very, very disappointing as a customer experience.

Ero già cliente on-line, ma l'esperienza della scelta delle scarpe da running è stata a dir poco eccezionale. Ho prenotato per tempo la prova d'appoggio plantare che è stata super approfondita: prova statica, prova dinamica (non da tutti) e prova su tapis roulant con video dell'appoggio da dietro. Emanuel, nel caso specifico, ci ha servito con cortesia e molta professionalità.

I was already an online customer, but the experience of choosing running shoes was nothing short of exceptional. I booked in time the plantar support test which was super thorough: static test, dynamic test (not for everyone) and test on a treadmill with video of the support from behind. Emanuel, in this specific case, served us with courtesy and a lot of professionalism.
