★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico motivo per cui il mio voto è così basso è per la scarsa cordialità e la pessima accoglienza del personale con il quale ho avuto il contatto: un signore in cassa che immagino sia il proprietario dell'attività. Fin dall'ingresso abbiamo ricevuto solo uno sguardo negativo e diffidente (sarà stato per via del cucciolo di cane con il quale eravamo accompagnati, seppur non vi sia alcun messaggio che vietasse il loro ingresso), nemmeno un saluto e nemmeno un supporto. L'atteggiamento scontroso, annoiato e per nulla accogliente di questo signore ci ha portati a fare un cambio di cuffietta e a uscire dal negozio senza l'acquisto per il quale eravamo entrati. A dir di più, avendo un bimbo di poco più di un mese, mi è stata fatta la tessera fedeltà da parte di parenti e amici, tessera che sarà mia cura rendere inutilizzata. Da giornalista e da mamma ritengo questo modo di fare poco consono al tipo di attività.
The only reason why my vote is so low is due to the lack of friendliness and the bad reception of the staff with whom I had contact: a gentleman at the cash desk that I imagine is the owner of the business. Since the entrance we have received only a negative and suspicious look (it must have been because of the puppy dog with whom we were accompanied, although there is no message that forbade their entry), not even a greeting and not even a support. The grumpy, bored and not at all welcoming attitude of this gentleman led us to make a change of headphones and to leave the shop without the purchase for which we had entered. To say the least, having a baby of just over a month, I was made the loyalty card by relatives and friends, a card that will be my care to make unused. As a journalist and mother I think this way of doing little suited to the type of business.
