In quella sede non mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto conservare lo scontrino come garanzia. Il giubbotto l'ho usato solo un mese in quanto subito dopo siamo rimasti chiusi in casa per il loackdown. L'ho riutilizzato a novembre e dopo nemmeno un mese mi sono accorta che il tessuto si è rovinato (sbiadito) il tutte le cuciture. Pensando fosse sporco l'ho fatto lavare ma niente. L'ho riportato al negozio e mi è stato detto che è normale usura del tessuto. Ma si può rovinare un giubbotto che dicono essere indistruttibile dopo solo pochi mesi? Inoltre mi è stato risposto dal negozio che il tessuto si usura e non si può far nulla.. inoltre la Woolrich si è appellata al fatto che non c'era uno scontrino che attestasse l'acquisto e il negozio nonostante gli abbia dato giorno, ora e modello acquistato non hanno fatto nulla per risalire allo scontrino. Morale: mai più Panda Sport e soprattutto attenti a spendere tanti soldi per un Woolrich che si usura dopo pochi mesi!!!! Hello ... On January 4, 2020, the first day of sales, I bought a Woolrich at a cost of EUR 400.00. At that time I was not told that I should keep the receipt as a guarantee. I only used the jacket for a month as we were locked up in the house immediately afterwards for the loackdown. I reused it in November and after less than a month I realized that the fabric was ruined (faded) on all the seams. Thinking it was dirty I had it washed but nothing. I took it back to the shop and was told it is normal wear of the fabric. But can a jacket that they say is indestructible after only a few months be ruined? I was also told by the shop that the fabric wears out and nothing can be done .. Woolrich also appealed to the fact that there was no receipt certifying the purchase and the shop despite giving it day, now and the model purchased did nothing to trace the receipt. Moral: never again Panda Sport and above all be careful to spend a lot of money on a Woolrich that wears out after a few months !!!!

La società Panda non mi ha mandato nessuna email dove mi avvisa che la merce era stata spedita, nessun avviso da parte del corriere che mi avvisava della consegna. Altrimenti avrei dato 5 stelle. I purchased an item of clothing on the online site as a guest, and when I arrived within three days, the only painful thing is that I found the purchased goods behind the garage.
