Società seria, precisa, attenta alle necessità del cliente. Dal primo approccio ( ovviamente mi ero fatta fare 3 preventivi da vari fornitori sui prodotti analoghi) il gentile e simpatico Sig. Walter è stato corretto è molto esaustivo nelle spiegazioni del lavoro e dei prodotti, il preventivo mi è stato fornito rapidamente con possibilità di scegliere il giorno dell’ esecuzione. Le persone che hanno predisposto ed effettuato il lavoro sono state molto attenti alla casa, hanno lavorato senza sosta pulendo ovunque, con alcuni piacevoli suggerimenti per utilizzare al meglio i nuovi condizionatori. Mi ha contattato telefonicamente, dandomi tutte le informazioni del caso e fissando un appuntamento per un preventivo mirato Ho ricevuto la visita del sig. Walter, persona preparata, competente e professionale. Una volta studiato il mio appartamento mi ha detto : " tranquillo il preventivo che riceverai domani , sarà il vincente... " Devo riconoscere che confrontandoli con altri preventivi aveva ragione ! Ho installato impianto completo con 3 split di una nota marca. Lavori eseguiti a regola d’arte. Non un disguido o un contrattempo ! Personale qualificato, capace, professionale, preciso, ordinato e pulito. Assistenza precisa e puntuale anche per il disbrigo delle pratiche burocratiche per il rimborso in fattura. Se il mio modesto parere conta , non posso che consigliare questa società per chi dovrà installare dei condizionatori a casa propria. Visto che vengono date spiegazioni errate sulla incongruenza dei dati presenti nel preventivo.

Morale della favola 220 euro per il disturbo, e la raccomandazione di ricontattarli tra un anno. Mai più.
