Quando li ho contattati non sono riusciti a intervenire subito perché avevano già agenda piena (il mio non era un lavoro urgente, ma complesso, quindi l'attesa non è stata un problema), ma appena liberi mi hanno contattato loro e completato i lavori in minor tempo del previsto. Aggiungo: tutte persone gentili, cosa che non posso dire di altre ditte con cui ho avuto a che fare per altri lavori di ristrutturazione casa. Li consiglio caldamente. Precise, punctual, professional, quick to find an alternative solution in the event of an unexpected technical hitch. When I contacted them they were unable to intervene immediately because they already had a full agenda (mine was not an urgent job, but complex, so waiting was not a problem), but as soon as I was free they contacted me and completed the work in less time than expected. Invece sono stati eccezionali mi hanno riparato la doccia, facendo fare un pezzo su misura e soprattutto senza rompere nulla. Professionali, onesti e puntuali, si sono preoccupati persino di chiedermi dopo aver riparato, come fosse la situazione! Ci credo che siano pieni di richieste sanno fare il loro mestiere e soprattutto risolvono senza approfittare del cliente ! LI SUPER CONSIGLIO E ORMAI SARANNO I MIEI IDRAULICI DI FIDUCIA ! Instead they were exceptional they repaired my shower, making a piece to measure and above all without breaking anything. Professional, honest and punctual, they even bothered to ask me after fixing, how the situation was! I believe that they are full of requests, they know how to do their job and above all they solve without taking advantage of the customer! Persona super gentile e disponibile, mi ha sempre aiutato anche a distanza prima di venire da me a risolvere il problema. Con Michele abbiamo lavorato su in insonorizzazione dei tubi del bagno, per ridurre il rumore dello scarico degli inquilini del piano sopra. Sapendo già a monte che non avremmo potuto risolvere al 100% il problema ( michele onesto fin da subito ) ha comunque eseguito un lavoro eccellente, facendo il possibile per attutire i rumori. E credetemi che oggi vivo molto più sereno e felice perché i rumori si sentono veramente pochissimo!!! Precisione nel lavoro, pulizia, prezzi onestissimi, che dire, se avete bisogno di un idraulico chiamateli ad occhi chiusi. Hello everybody. I contacted Michele Nicoletti based on your super reviews and believe me I could not have made a more right choice. Super kind and helpful person, he always helped me even from a distance before coming to me to solve the problem. With Michele we worked on soundproofing the bathroom pipes, to reduce the noise of the drainage of the tenants on the floor above. Knowing upstream that we could not solve the problem 100% (michele honest right from the start) he did an excellent job, doing everything possible to muffle the noises. And believe me that today I live much more serene and happy because you can hear very little noises !!! Precision in work, cleanliness, very honest prices, that is, if you need a plumber call them with your eyes closed.
