Rapporto qualità prezzo ed efficienza veramente ottimo.
Preciso e puntuali dalla visita ispettiva, al preventivo al montaggio dei nuovi apparecchi in 8 giorni.
Lo consiglio caldamente.
Climatia had recommended a colleague of mine who had a good time and I must say that they are really good.
Really excellent value for money and efficiency.
Precise and punctual from the inspection visit, to the estimate to the assembly of the new appliances in 8 days.
I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installato un singolo in sala ed un dual in camera e cameretta. Personale al 1 incontro molto cordiali, competenti e mi hanno consigliato bene a fronte di un trial che avevo chiesto. Dopo 5 giorni, se devo trovare una pecca, hanno dato appuntamento alle 8,30, mi hanno mandato il tecnico (da solo) alle 11,00. La cosa positiva che Antonio Garofalo, il nome del tecnico, era una persona molto competente, il quale anche se con qualche problema fisico, ha portato a termine il lavoro con maestria in ora accettabile. Con 1 + 2 invece che un 3, il prezzo è rimasto invariato.
Consigliato.
Installed in a single room and a dual room and bedroom. Staff at the first meeting very friendly, competent and advised me well in the face of a trial I had asked. The positive thing that Antonio Garofalo, the technician's name, was a very competent person, who even though with some physical problems, completed the work with skill in an acceptable time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installazione impianto fatto a dicembre, ad oggi ancora non funzionante. Abbiamo fissato circa 15 appuntamenti con molta fatica per reperire telefonicamente il tecnico e il responsabile di Climatia. Ogni appuntamento è stato poi rimandato senza preavviso. A quasi 5 mesi dall’installazione ci troviamo quindi con un impianto non utilizzabile e un trattamento vergognosamente non professionale. Sconsiglio caldamente questa azienda, sia per il pessimo (mancato) servizio che per la tremenda professionalità con cui gestiscono i Clienti.
Parlare con il responsabile a telefono è impossibile causa mancate risposte, noto invece che è estremamente puntuale nel rispondere ad una sacrosanta recensione negativa. onestà e professionalità non fanno parte del business di questa azienda. Ci rivolgeremo ad un’altra azienda sicuramente più competente! Vi ringrazio sentitamente in quanto ci è nata una bimba che ora ha 2 mesi e non ci serviva assolutamente una tale perdita di tempo e denaro (ma per questo prenderemo provvedimenti legali) ma ci serviva solo un condizionatore funzionante. Pessimi.
Plant installation done in December, still not working today. We set about 15 appointments with great effort to find the technician and the manager of Climatia by phone. Each appointment was then postponed without notice. Almost 5 months after installation we are therefore with an unusable system and a shamefully unprofessional treatment. I strongly advise against this company, both for the bad (lack of) service and for the tremendous professionalism with which they manage customers.
Talking to the manager on the phone is impossible due to lack of answers, I note that he is extremely punctual in responding to a sacrosanct negative review. honesty and professionalism are not part of the business of this company. We will turn to another certainly more competent company! Thank you very much as we were born a girl who is now 2 months old and we absolutely did not need such a waste of time and money (but for this we will take legal measures) but we only needed a working air conditioner. Bad.

Ho scelto questa azienda in base ad un suggerimento trovato su facebook e devo dire che sono stata più che fortunata, non solo per quanto riguarda il prezzo, ma anche per tutto il resto. Gli esperti che hanno montato il climatizzatore (Signor Toni e Vassili) hanno eseguito un lavoro eccezionale, accurato e pulito.Un plauso a questa azienda che opera con serietà ed onesta; cose rare di questi tempi.

I chose this company based on a suggestion found on facebook and I must say that I was more than fortunate, not only in terms of price, but also in everything else. The experts who mounted the air conditioner (Mr. Toni and Vassili) have performed an exceptional, accurate and clean job. A praise to this company that operates with seriousness and honesty; rare things these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendo ancora la chiavetta wifi già pagata (50€) da istallare al condizionatore , dopo vari accordi sollecitando più volte a quasi un anno dall istallazione della chiavetta neanche l ombra , ho inviato una email per chiederne il rimborso.. ovviamente non mi hanno neanche risposto. Per non parlare dell istallazzione .. . IL mio consiglio è spendete di più e risparmierete soldi e arrabbiature
I am still waiting for the wifi key already paid (50 €) to be installed on the air conditioner, after various agreements soliciting several times almost a year from the installation of the key not even the shadow, I sent an email to ask for a refund .. obviously they didn't even answer me . Not to mention the installation ... My advice is spend more and you will save money and anger

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato presso amazon un prodotto ormai quasi tre mesi fa, che non è un condizionatore, mai arrivato e mai risposto alle innumerevoli mail e il telefono sembra non funzionare.
Non si sono mai fatti carico del problema e ovviamente chiedo il rimborso.
Se per un prodotto di 30 euro non si fanno sentire manco morto metto migliaia di euro per altri impianti.
Veramente per niente professionali.
I ordered a product from amazon almost three months ago, which is not an air conditioner, never arrived and never replied to countless emails and the phone does not seem to work.
They never took charge of the problem and of course I ask for a refund.
If for a product of 30 euros they don't even feel dead, I put thousands of euros for other systems.
Not really professional at all.
