Sono stato contattato il giorno prima per disdire l'appuntamento visto che hanno ricevuto numerose richieste di installazioni nuovi impianti che presumo siano più redditizi. Per ripianificare la prossima visita rimandano di ulteriori 15 gg senza avere la sicurezza che ci sia davvero l'intervento. Poco professionali e senza rispetto per le esigenze del cliente. Il giovane veramente in gamba, quello più anziano faceva fatica a stargli dietro. Però alla fine un bel lavoro. Dopo 22 giorni di attesa senza sapere nulla, con ripetuti tentativi di parlare con il tecnico, ho deciso di chiudere ogni rapporto con Ellegitermotecnica. La scheda in questione tra l'altro si può trovare facilmente online, quindi non avrebbero avuto difficoltà se avessero voluto. Hanno preferito tenermi in attesa senza riscaldamento a Novembre. Unica nota positiva: la segretaria che risponde al telefono è stata sempre gentile e cordiale.
