Se fossi la responsabile di quel negozio, lo farei lavorare inn magazzino, perché con i clienti non ci si comporta come ha fatto lui. Mi stava intorno a controllarmi. Premetto che le scarpe con le quali ero entrata sono molto più costose di quelle più costose che avevano li, ma lui mi guardava con disprezzo e sospetto (ero vestita mooooolto sportiva ?) Personale cortese e non invasivo che permette di fruire di "fare in autonomia" o affidarsi ad un consiglio esperto. Io ero accompagnatore perché l'assortimento è ovviamente sbilanciato sulle esigenze femminili, ma fondendo le impressioni personali con i commenti di mia moglie, il giudizio non può che essere molto positivo. Da cliente infatti credo di avere il diritto di provare anche 10 paia di scarpe per poi scegliere quella perfetta. E magari ho bisogno di tenerne lì un paio con me. Con tutta la calma e serenità che necessito. Il suo sguardo scocciato e anche un po’ ostile, non penso sia proprio adatto a quella posizione. Punto importante per definire il check out della customer journey di un cliente. Provo e se mi piace davvero compro. Se ho un avvoltoio dietro le spalle mi sa che lascio.
