★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver inviato un paio di messaggi in wa per avere delle spiegazioni in merito ad una borsa che ho acquistato nn mi hanno mai risposto snobbandomi completamente mi dispiace ma la mia esperienza è NEGATIVA mi meritavo almeno una spiegazione PS la borsa certi nn valeva il prezzo che ho pagato poi la cerniera si è tutta ondulata e la clips si apre in continuazione
 After having sent a couple of messages in wa to have some explanations about a bag that I bought, they never answered me, snubbing me completely, I'm sorry but my experience is NEGATIVE I deserved at least an explanation PS the bag nn was worth the price I paid then the hinge is all wavy and the clips open continuously
