Consegna effettuata con divano metà del colore ordinato e metà di un colore assolutamente differente, quasi azzurro. Rendiamo la parte non conforme. Notiamo che anche l'altra parte del divano, nonostante avesse il colore corretto, non erano ben unito e la seduta della posizione corrispondente all'angolo differente e molto più morbida rispetto alle altre due. Contestiamo anche questa parte del divano. Vengono a ritirare la merce in toto e mi consegnano un divano provvisorio a due soli posti, nonostante mi avessero proposto un divano sostitutivo a 3 posti. Invio mail a cui non ricevo alcuna risposta scritta. Continuo a telefonare e faccio fatica a trovare la persona con cui ho iniziato a interloquire che tra l'altro non è un responsabile ma un'impiegata senza quindi potere decisionale. MORALE non sto ricevendo l'assistenza che mi è dovuta, solo risposte approssimative, nessuna certezza per una celere consegna e quasi devo essere io a chiedere scusa. Servizio clienti di basso livello. Questa situazione mi sta creando grande disagio e stress... casa nuova e tutte le volte che guardo il divano mi viene l'angoscia. Dopo 1750,00 € IN CONTANTI per il divano ma devo tenermelo così? Per un marchio così prestigioso non credevo che restavo DELUSO. Sono molto soddisfatto anche perché la Sig.ra Eleonora completando la modulistica d'acquisto mi ha dato suggerimenti sulla corretta conservazione e manutenzione del divano. Inoltre la consegna che era prevista è stata più che rispettata. Devo anche ringraziare il personale del loro abituale trasportatore che ha svolto il compito di consegna e montaggio del divano con precisione e spiegazioni alle mie domande.
