★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza ottima. Sostituito scaldabagno al costo concordato nel preventivo nonostante un piccolo imprevisto che avrebbe richiesto un costo extra. Si aggiunga che l'intervento è stato fatto "in urgenza" il 30 dicembre! Lavoro eseguito molto bene, con cura e con grande pulizia. Consigliatissimo.
Excellent experience. Replaced water heater at the cost agreed in the estimate despite a small unexpected event that would have required an extra cost. It should be added that the intervention was done "in urgency" on December 30th! Work done very well, with care and with great cleaning. Highly recommended.

Si sono approffittati di una signora anziana pensionata che vive sola per spillarle 900 euro mettendo un boiler che perde acqua ancora in garanzia lasciandola con un tubicino antiestetico che scarica a terra in una vaschetta altrettanto antiestetica e pericolosa. NON SOLO LE AVETE PROCURATO UN DANNO ECONIMICO, MA non le avete risolto il problema!!
IN RISPOSTA ALLA VS RISPOSTA .... la sig.ra è mia madre e non mi vergogno assolutamente di prendere le sue difese! Il boiler costa 180 euro ... glielo avete venduto a più del doppio ... senza informarla della garanzia. E la vaschetta ed il tubicino chi l'avrebbe presa .... mia mamma??? ma per favore!!!I tecnici Ariston usciranno in settimana e tranquilli che andrò a fondo della cosa.
SHAME! They took advantage of an elderly retired lady who lives alone to tap 900 euros from her by putting a boiler that still leaks water under warranty, leaving her with an unsightly tube that discharges to the ground in an equally unsightly and dangerous tank. NOT ONLY HAVE YOU CAUGHT AN ECONIMIC DAMAGE, BUT you haven't solved the problem !!
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR ANSWER .... Mrs. is my mother and I am not ashamed to take her defense! The boiler costs 180 euros ... you sold it to her for more than double ... without informing her of the guarantee. And the tub and the tube who would have taken it .... my mom ??? but please !!! The Ariston technicians will come out in the week and rest assured that I will get to the bottom of the thing.
