Nonostante le pessime condizioni iniziali, il Geometra Mario Scarcella è stato capace di consigliarmi su materiali e scelte tecniche, consentendomi di seguire i lavori anche a distanza e gestire in maniera ottimale situazioni complesse. La precisione con cui sono state eseguite le opere è stata notata da tutti coloro che hanno visto il mio appartamento che, in seguito alla ristrutturazione, ha aumentato notevolmente il proprio valore. I was able to use the expertise and professionalism of Artediledue for the renovation of my apartment. Despite the poor initial conditions, the surveyor Mario Scarcella was able to advise me on materials and technical choices, allowing me to follow the work even from a distance and manage complex situations in an optimal manner. It was an important renovation, having changed the internal layout of the premises, redone the facilities, changed doors and windows. Li ho chiamati una seconda volta per la demolizione di un muro in cartongesso , sistemazioni pareti e piastrelle cucina.. e non sono rimasta delusa. Consigliato! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e Mario e’ sempre a disposizione per ogni dubbio! I was happy with Artedile Srl the first time when I contacted them to renovate the house. I called them a second time for the demolition of a plasterboard wall, wall arrangement and kitchen tiles .. and I was not disappointed. Recommended! La ditta ha seguito tutte le fasi della ristrutturazione del mio nuovo bar nei minimi dettagli, distinguendosi per la maniacale cura del dettaglio e il supporto del cliente nelle varie fasi del lavoro, dalla progettazione fino alla consegna. Nello stesso momento in cui diversi miei colleghi (approfittando delle chiusure) ristrutturavano e incappavano in problemi di ogni tipo con le ditte a cui avevano deciso di affidarsi, io ho potuto vantarmi di non aver mai avuto intoppi. Per chiunque cerchi in una ditta edile: - puntualità e rispetto delle date di consegna lavori - precisione e cura del dettaglio, anche delle più piccole finiture - preventivi precisi e accurati, senza costi occulti (alcuni preventivi da me richiesti erano all’apparenza più bassi ma ripieni di costi nascosti) nonchè rispetto del prezzo pattuito nel capitolato - cortesia, gentilezza, disponibilità e soprattutto esperienza e affidabilità da parte del titolare e dei professionisti di cui si avvale per fare i lavori - Consulenza in tutti i passaggi e le scelte per il vosto lavoro Signori, avete trovato la ditta giusta! D	D S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto il Geom. Mario Scarcella e la sua Artedile Due fra nove ditte, dopo una valutazione accurata di tutti i sopralluoghi fatti e dei preventivi ricevuti. Il mio progetto era medio-grande: la ristrutturazione completa di un trilocale di circa 100 mq sia a livello strutturale (demolizione pareti, costruzione nuovi muri, controsoffitto) che di impianti (rifacimento totale tubature e impianti bagno, cucina, predisposizione climatizzatore, etc.). Mi sono trovata benissimo con Mario sia nella pianificazione delle opere che nella consulenza tecnica; i lavori sono stati svolti nei tempi pattuiti (molto rapidi) e nel pieno rispetto delle regole (anche condominiali, che nel mio caso è stato davvero importante). Per tutta la durata dei lavori Mario è sempre stato presente, attento e disponibile. Inoltre è una persona davvero squisita e cordiale, impossibile non andare d'accordo con lui! Aggiungo che mi sono trovata altrettanto bene anche con sua sorella, la Geom. Filomena Scarcella, alla quale avevo affidato la parte progettuale e burocratica dei lavori. In particolare, le sua idea per la riorganizzazione degli spazi della cucina si è rivelata davvero vincente. Filomena mi ha sempre fornito indicazioni precise e dettagliate, dandomi anche alcuni consigli di carattere burocratico rivelatisi preziosi. Tornassi indietro, rifarei tutto con loro e per i lavori futuri naturalmente li richiamerò. Consiglio davvero a tutti di affidare i vostri lavori a Mario, Filomena e tutta la squadra di Artedile. In particular, his idea for the reorganization of the kitchen spaces proved to be really successful. Filomena has always provided me with precise and detailed information, also giving me some advice of a bureaucratic nature which has proved invaluable.
