Sono stato accolto immediatamente, hanno preso visione del problema, ho consegnato le chiavi dell'auto, mi hanno fatto accomodare al bar di fronte per un caffè e dopo neanche 20 minuti mi hanno riconsegnato le chiavi con la risoluzione del problema. PROBLEMA RISOLTO! Che dire... Devo congratularmi con lo staff per la professionalità, prontezza, cordialità e gentilezza mostratami. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMPLIMENTI!!! Today,.... Mi hanno addirittura lavato la macchina senza neanche averlo richiesto (forse perché lo necessitava). Consigliatissimi Good and helpful. Daniel helps you find the best solutions. N	Nicola Migliorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza, non conoscendo la zona ho scelto di rivolgermi a quest’ autoufficina per far visionare la mia auto FIAT che da qualche giorno mi dava alcuni problemi d’accensione. Il proprietario poco attento al cliente parlava costantemente al telefono o interagiva con altro personale interrompendo sempre la conversazione. Ha improvvisato una diagnostica sulla vettura tirando fuori un sacco di problemi non pertinenti con quelli segnalati. Dopo aver lasciato l’auto per un controllo mi ha fatto un preventivo di 500€ per la sistemazione , ed al mio rifiuto di poterla sistemare mi ha richiesto 50€ per avermi fatto il preventivo. Credo sia importante informare sempre anche del costo eventuale di un preventivo. Comunque l’auto anche senza spendere 500€ funziona. Detto questo lo sconsiglio spero che in un futuro possano riflettere su quanto sia importante l’attenzione al cliente sopratutto in queste settore molto specifico. He improvised a diagnostic on the car and came up with a lot of problems that were irrelevant to the ones he reported. After leaving the car for a check-up, he gave me a quote of € 500 for the accommodation, and when I refused to be able to fix it, he asked me for € 50 for giving me the quote. I think it is important to always inform about the possible cost of a quote. However, the car works even without spending € 500. Having said that, I do not recommend it, I hope that in the future they can reflect on how important attention to the customer is, especially in this very specific sector.
