★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo recentemente ristrutturato per intero tutto l'appartamento. Su consiglio dell' architetto ci siamo affidati a gruppo bea per la fornitura di tutti i materiali:dalle piastrelle dei bagni, ai sanitari, alla cucina ecc ecc.
Esperienza pessima, come già segnalato in sede. Piastrelle ordinate inizialmente 60x120, ma magicamente non più disponibili quindi siamo stati obbligati a montarle di una dimensione diversa. Stessa situazione per i lavandini. Il box doccia ordinato e PAGATO a gennaio ancora nessuno sà quando arriverà. Ma l' esperienza peggiore è stata in assoluto la cucina. Oltre ai tempi biblici di consegna, le misure sono risultate sbagliate; i mobili del soggiorno anch' essi sbagliati e per montare il top della cucina lo hanno pure danneggiato. Montatori pessimi, come d altronde tutto quello che abbiamo fatto con loro. Ah! ovviamente se vi lamentate in sede la colpa non è loro ed è "poco corretto" segnalare eventuali problemi creati dalle loro disattenzioni e imprecisioni.
Se potete andate altrove, non ne vale minimamente la pena...
 We have recently completely renovated the entire apartment. On the advice of the architect, we relied on the bea group for the supply of all materials: from bathroom tiles, to bathroom fixtures, to the kitchen, etc.
Bad experience, as already reported on site. Tiles originally ordered 60x120, but magically no longer available so we were forced to mount them in a different size. Same situation for the sinks. The shower cubicle ordered and PAID in January still no one knows when it will arrive. But the worst experience ever was cooking. In addition to the biblical delivery times, the measurements were found to be wrong; the living room furniture was also wrong and they damaged it when mounting the kitchen top. Bad editors, as well as everything we've done with them. Ah! obviously if you complain in office, it is not their fault and it is "not correct" to report any problems created by their carelessness and inaccuracies.
If you can, go elsewhere, it's not worth it in the slightest ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Gruppobea di Milano è un punto di riferimento per chi deve ristrutturare o arredare casa. Qui ho trovato le porte che desideravo e un’accoglienza e assistenza molto professionale. Però c’è molto di più, nello show-room si trovano piastrelle di tutti i tipi e formati, parquet, ambientazioni, sanitari, box doccia, cucine… c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta. Il personale di sala e la reception sono sempre pronti ad aiutare e consigliare al meglio.
