M	Manuel Tolomeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disegno progettuale molto bello, ma -la trattativa per concludere l'acquisto è stata confusionaria e lenta, dovuto da diversi errori in fase economica da parte del personale; -il geometra per le misure ha sbagliato facendomi fare altre prese, oltre a quelle necessarie e riportate nel disegno, che alla fine non servivano, facendomi dunque spendere ulteriore denaro verso il muratore ed Elettricista. Non mi è stato neanche rimborsato/scontato il tutto; -durante il montaggio sono stati danneggiati numerosi mobili (mobile del frigo, lavello, top, cappa, profilo del forno). Prontamente segnalati e sono in attesa di sostituzione (ciò comporta che per un altro mese sono con la cucina a metà e fisicamente sono impossibilitato ad utilizzare a pieno l'appartamento); -il frigorifero è stato danneggiato nella sua struttura. Prontamente dichiarato ed in attesa di sostituzione da parte di Samsung (ciò comporta altri 10/15 giorni di ritardo nel poter usare la cucina e rimango impossibilitato ad utilizzare a pieno il mio appartamento); -il taglio di un mobile per il microonde è pressoché imbarazzante (storto e sbilenco); Sono molto soddisfatto per la parte progettuale, ma non ritornerei per un altro acquisto presso lo store in quanto il prezzo è comunque elevato (mobilio di qualità) ma il servizio in se, per la mia esperienza è stato negativo. Very nice design drawing, but - the negotiation to conclude the purchase was confusing and slow, due to various errors in the economic phase on the part of the staff; - the surveyor made a mistake for the measurements by making me take other sockets, in addition to those necessary and reported in the drawing, which in the end were not needed, thus making me spend more money on the bricklayer and electrician. I was not even reimbursed / discounted everything; - numerous pieces of furniture were damaged during assembly (fridge cabinet, sink, top, hood, oven profile). Promptly reported and are awaiting replacement (this means that for another month I am with the kitchen halfway and physically unable to fully use the apartment); - the refrigerator has been damaged in its structure. Promptly declared and awaiting replacement by Samsung (this entails another 10/15 days of delay in being able to use the kitchen and I am unable to fully use my apartment); - cutting a microwave cabinet is almost embarrassing (crooked and lopsided); I am very satisfied with the design part, but I would not return for another purchase at the store as the price is still high (quality furniture) but the service itself, in my experience, was negative.

E ovviamente il saldo completo è stato richiesto 10 giorni prima della consegna. Ho segnalato tutti i problemi al servizio post vendita, che però sta ignorando la mia segnalazione. Vi sconsiglio di rivolgervi a questo negozio per la vostra cucina! And of course the full balance was required 10 days before delivery. I have reported all the problems to the after sales service, but they are ignoring my report. Una nota di merito anche ai posatori per l'attenzione dell'ambiente in cui hanno operato e per la professionalità dimostrata. Satisfied with the purchase made by MiArredi. Il venditore e referente del punto vendita, William S., ci ha seguiti durante tutto l’iter di scelta della soluzione, progettazione, finitura, ecc. Siamo stati assistiti in modo cortese e professionale, senza considerare la totale disponibilità anche per gli orari di appuntamento. William è una persona di buon gusto, che saprà guidarvi con i consigli giusti al momento giusto (fidatevi del suo giudizio e ascoltate i suoi preziosi suggerimenti). Tempi di consegna in linea con quanto inizialmente previsto e montaggio davvero accurato. La squadra dei montatori (Nicu, ecc.) sono stati altrettanto scrupolosi e professionali, garantendo un’esecuzione ordinata e pulita, per non parlare dell’estrema attenzione nei confronti degli ambienti e dei rivestimenti. The seller and point of sale contact person, William S., followed us throughout the process of choosing the solution, design, finishing, etc. We were assisted in a courteous and professional way, without considering the total availability even for appointment times. William is a person of good taste, who will know how to guide you with the right advice at the right time (trust his judgment and listen to his precious suggestions). Delivery times in line with what was initially expected and really accurate assembly. The team of fitters (Nicu, etc.) were equally scrupulous and professional, ensuring an orderly and clean execution, not to mention the extreme attention to the environments and coatings. The only side note: the ordered table was not available and we are still waiting to receive it (more on that later). Well done.

Ci hanno montato male la cappa della cucina, montando la linguetta al di sopra dei filtri (allego foto prima senza linguetta e dopo il loro intervento). Non solo non rispondono alle mail e vanno contattati e sollecitati di continuo. Sono usciti ed intervenuti, confermando il problema di montaggio, nonostante ciò ci sono stati chiesti 30€ di uscita e la sostituzione del pezzo montato male da loro dovrà essere sostenuta a nostre spese! Cucina Lube e Creò mai più e la sconsiglierò a tutti! After-sales assistance vote 0! Not only do they not respond to emails and must be contacted and solicited continuously.
