★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Doveva rifarmi una mensola in vetro sul modello di una mia rotta non solo non l ha fatta ma è sparito senza nemmeno restituirmi la mia vecchia. Veramente disonesto e non affidabile. Non lo consiglio. Ora sono nella situazione di dover trovare un altro vetraio e la mia vetrina è inutilizzabile.
Bad service. He had to remake me a glass shelf on the model of one of my routes not only did he not make it but it disappeared without even giving me back my old one. Really dishonest and unreliable. I don't recommend it. Now I am in the situation of having to find another glazier and my window is unusable.

Decine di telefonate fatte per ottenere un appuntamento e farsi consegnare un vetro probabilmente mai esistito. Promesse di incontri, mai mantenute. Scuse infantili per non dare risposte in merito a legittime richieste. Dopo tre mesi, abbiamo rinunciato (e risolto brillantemente il nostro piccolo problema con un concorrente in meno di un'ora).
Probabilmente il Sig. Bottani non è in grado di far fronte a tutti gli impegni che prende, ma vale la pena che si interroghi sul rischio che questo suo comportamento comporta.
Mi spiace diffondere questa segnalazione, certo non generata dal disappunto, ma ritengo mio dovere farlo.
Completely negative experience. Reliability nothing. By profession, I have been dealing with quality for years but I never had a similar case. Dozens of phone calls made to get an appointment and get a glass that probably never existed. Promises of meetings, never kept. Childish excuses for not giving answers about legitimate requests. After three months, we gave up (and brilliantly solved our little problem with a competitor in less than an hour).
Probably Mr. Bottani is not able to cope with all the commitments he takes, but it is worthwhile to ask questions about the risk that his behavior entails.
I am sorry to spread this report, certainly not generated by disappointment, but I feel it my duty to do so.
