Dopo due mesi che avevo affidato la pratica se non li chiamavo io non mi avrebbero mai detto che la domanda non era stata inoltrata

To say incompetent would be to compliment. Offenders maybe doesn't even make the idea. I hope they are removed from any position, preferably from any exercise in any profession. God have mercy on you. Not me.
