Non rispondono alle mail né al telefono; ho dovuto chiamare il centralino per reperirlo, quando avevo una mail diretta e un numero di telefono. Non accettano resi per errore di ordini, cosa che è nella norma per dei centri così grandi. Imbarazzante.
The person who followed us was of a unique rudeness and incompetence, treating my architect like a fool. They do not respond to e-mails or to the telephone; I had to call the switchboard to find it, when I had a direct email and a phone number. They do not accept returns of orders by mistake, which is the norm for such large centers. Embarrassing.
