s	sebastiano calegari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lavoravo presso in una azienda a roma facendo un servizo per ago s ducato la finaziaria , la societa' planet group ha comprato questa azienda a roma che ha fatto chiudere, mi deve ancora delle mensilita' dovute da parte di planet group ,io come primis persona non consiglio di lavorare per planet group il perche' promettono ma non mantegono la cosi detta parola. Ecco magari prima di chiamare a raffica stalkerando il tempo altrui, assicuratevi di non avere ancora preso la linea col cellulare di turno che ascolta conversazioni tra l'operatrice e la collega tipo" non con mio figlio" per poi chiudere il telefono, con tutto il rispetto, guardi signora io ignoro sia la vostra ditta sia gli impiegati, suo figlio compreso. Un minimo di serietà magari verificate che le chiacchiere tra colleghi non superino il tempo del telemarketing.... Avevo un minuto da perdere ed ho segnalato a favore di Planet Group questa sciocchezza come un'altra. Si evince dall'operatore la serietà di un'azienda. Infine.... Ma con quanti numeri fissi chiamate???ufficiali ufficiosi, i call center non sono tutti uguali, voi ne abbassate decisamente il profilo. E di tutta una categoria siete purtroppo il cattivo esempio, per cui anche una info pubblicitaria intelligente viene esclusa sul nascere dal possibile cliente. A right star to enter and review .... Con la differenza che pagavo 7 euro al mese e voi mi proponete 10 euro al mese. E il bello è che l’operatore continua a propormi la sua offerta senza capire che non ha senso. Non sono mai riusciti a trovare la mia accettazione pur essendoci sempre riuscito sia da pc che da smartphone ...sono andato in negozio tim fatto tutto in 5 minuti . Quasi un'ora al telefono per aprire la pratica di contratto; nonostante questa perdita di tempo, passano i giorni e nessuno si fa più vivo. Controllo lo stato dell'ordine circa due settimane dopo e lo trovo annullato senza la minima spiegazione .
