V	Valentina De Paola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto delusa da loro, dopo che ho svolto 10 giorni di formazione per la commessa Enel Energia con impegno, volontà e presenza attiva.. vengo a scoprire tramite agenzia interinale che non sono stata presa e poi valutata in negativo senza motivazione, non capisco con quale criterio vengono scelti i candidati boh forse per il carattere espansivo e socievole e con esperienza nel mondo call center, poi nonostante tutto ho speso 50 euro per attaccare internet per seguire attentamente il corso e poi niente...assurdo!! M	Maura Novello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon Call Center. Molto luminoso e attrezzato. Nè troppo piccolo ma neanche enorme. Si lavora bene in modo tranquillo. Ci sono tra le corsie delle piante che fanno bene anche alla mente. Come in tutti i Call Center c'è una sala break comoda e rifornita di varie macchinette. Ambiente sempre pulito e attento nel far rispettare le regole. Ottimi i rapporti tra colleghi e questo è un valore aggiunto. Good Call Center. Very bright and equipped. Not too small but not huge either. You work well in a quiet way. There are plant lanes that are also good for the mind. As in all Call Centers there is a comfortable break room equipped with various machines. Environment always clean and careful in enforcing the rules. Excellent relations between colleagues and this is an added value.
A	Alessandro Zanola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i loro operatori dicono che chiamano per conto di A2A energia ... chiedono i dati del contratto ... quando dico loro che vorrei un consulente A2A perche via telefono non ci vedo chiaro mi scaricano in malo modo dicendomi che allora dovro' arrangiarmi e pagare il 50% in piu mantenendo il vecchio contratto. Chiamando A2A, descrivendo l'avvenuto e citando PMC Plus , mi dicono che sono società esterne che nulla hanno a che fare con A2A.
