Ho lavorato per questa azienda due anni nel team telefonico in bound e due anni e mezzo nel team back office, con contratto a tempo indeterminato. Ben organizzato, professionale e pagamento dello stipendio puntuale. I responsabili sono cordiali e umani e il rapporto con i colleghi amichevole. Excellent working reality in the Call Center world. I worked for this company for two years in the telephone team in bound and two and a half years in the back office team, with a permanent contract. Well organized, professional and punctual salary payment. The managers are friendly and humane and the relationship with friendly colleagues.

P. A.Ho riscontrato sin da subito grande professionalità lavorativa dei nostri Tim leader, sempre gentili e disponibili nei nostri confronti, dando così a noi operatori modo di crescere professionalmente, i colleghi anch essi altrettanto gentili al punto da ritenere il luogo aziendale una seconda famiglia. UN ringraziamento particolare da parte mia va all'azienda Call2net, avendo precedentemente lavorato presso altre, mi ha dato modo di confrontare una realtà dinamica e di acquisire serenità ed entusiasmo per il lavoro che giornalmente svolgo,puntualissima nella retribuzione mensile ed altrettanto precisa e rispettosa per quelli che sono i diritti di noi lavoratori! I joined as a permanent employee after only 6 months with a contract determined last 19/06/2021 at the Gallipoli branch for Call2net S. P. A. I immediately found great professionalism of our Tim leaders, always kind and helpful in the our comparisons, thus giving us operators the opportunity to grow professionally, our colleagues who are equally kind to the point of considering the company place a second family. A special thanks from me goes to the Call2net company, having previously worked for others, it has given me the opportunity to compare a dynamic reality and to acquire serenity and enthusiasm for the work I do daily, very punctual in the monthly salary and equally precise and respectful for what are the rights of us workers!

Sin dall'inizio ho avuto un'ottima impressione: si tratta infatti di un ambiente sano dove, nonostante i ritmi di lavoro possano raggiungere livelli impegnativi, il clima è sereno ed è facile instaurare una sinergia con colleghi e team leader che permette di svolgere i propri compiti al meglio! Da Maggio 2021 sono legata all'azienda con un contratto a tempo indeterminato e sono davvero grata per la fiducia che hanno risposto in me. Call2Net è una bellissima realtà che offre delle opportunità di lavoro serie e concrete e mette a disposizione dei dipendenti un team preparato e disponibile. Sin dal primo momento ciò che mi ha colpito è stato la familiarità dell'ambiente lavorativo, aspetto fondamentale per la produttività di un lavoratore. Il rapporto con i team leader è positivo, poiché si sono dimostrati da subito persone disponibili, gentili e pronte a supportare gli operatori qualora ne avessero bisogno, fornendo soluzioni e chiarimenti puntuali. Per ultimo ma non per questo meno importante il luogo di lavoro mi ha permesso di interagire e confrontarmi con i miei colleghi, anch'essi gentili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Con alcuni di loro si è anche instaurato un rapporto di amicizia al di fuori dei turni di lavoro. Superato questo periodo, a giugno 2021, ho avuto la grande sorpresa di avere un contratto a tempo indeterminato. Mai avrei pensato di poter raggiungere questo obiettivo all’età di 23 anni. Ma la cosa più fondamentale è la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutti i miei colleghi, dal primo all’ultimo. In questa azienda mi sento una persona e non un numero, questo permette di lavorare in maniera più serena. Successivamente la mia assunzione ho consigliato l’azienda a due mie amiche che a loro volta sono state assunte e condividono i miei stessi pareri.
