Portata auto AZIENDALE alle 09.00 per la Revisione, alle 17.30 non era ancora pronta. Mi avevano garantito entro la mattinata, alle 14.00 chiamo per avere notizie e mi rispondono che mi avrebbero chiamato appena pronta. Alle 17.30 mi reco in officina per sapere che fine avesse fatto l'auto e dopo l'imbarazzo e l'incredulità generale si materializza l'auto,
8 ore per una semplice revisione.
PROFESSIONALITA' ZERO
 Bad experience!
CAR brought COMPANY at 09.00 for the overhaul, at 17.30 it was not yet ready. They had guaranteed me by the morning, at 14.00 I call to have news and they answer me that they would call me as soon as it is ready. At 17.30 I go to the workshop to find out what happened to the car and after the embarrassment and general disbelief the car materializes,
8 hours for a simple review.

Oltre ad avere ragazzi competenti si può trovare un rapporto con l'officina che non ti lascia nel "mistero" e un conto da pagare. Sabino con trent'anni di esperienza, Antonio e Giovanni sempre aggiornati dai corsi di formazione e la Signora.ra Maria all'accettazione ti fanno sentire come uno di casa. Nelle altre officine ho trovato solo incertezza, ero uno qualunque che doveva aspettare una chiamata e una fattura. Qui mi tengono aggiornato e mi chiedono se procedere ed eventuali opzioni. Grazie, continuate così.

L'accoglienza, la cortesia e la disponibilità di Nino e di tutto il personale mi hanno trasmesso subito fiducia e ho fatto bene a fidarmi.
Tutti i tagliandi, il cambio e la rotazione delle gomme fin anche i lavori di carrozzeria sono stati eseguiti con il massimo della professionalità.

Since the opening of Autocenter Arese in viale Jenner I have become one of their customers. Subsequently, being also an Athlon service point, I was able to take advantage of all their services, always impeccable.
The welcome, courtesy and helpfulness of Nino and all the staff immediately gave me confidence and I was right to trust them.
All the coupons, the change and rotation of the tires, even the bodywork work, were carried out with the utmost professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza da 5 stelle MA il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Portato la macchina in officina per interventi di meccanica per lavori che hanno richiesto max 8 ore (ad abbondanza) e la macchina è stata trattenuta oltre 20 giorni. Nel frattempo è stata dirottata in altra sede per eseguire gli interventi e ne ho perso traccia. Faccio presente che la macchina che uso è aziendale con noleggio a lungo termine, all’atto della consegna in officina non mi è stata fornita auto sostitutiva ed al momento del ritiro ho trovato piccoli danni agli oggetti che uso per rendere la seduta più confortevole.
A fronte della mia esperienza non mi sento di consigliare Autocenter Arese, malgrado la riparazione sia stata eseguita a regola d’arte, anche perché per avere la macchina a disposizione sono stato costretto ad aprire un reclamo presso leaseplan e solo a fronte del mio reclamo mi è stata restituita molto rapidamente.
5 star welcome BUT the service left a lot to be desired. The machine was taken to the workshop for mechanical interventions for jobs that required a maximum of 8 hours (in abundance) and the machine was held for over 20 days. In the meantime it has been diverted to another location to carry out the interventions and I have lost track of it. I would like to point out that the machine I use is a company car with long-term rental, at the time of delivery to the workshop I was not provided with a replacement car and at the time of collection I found small damage to the objects I use to make the seat more comfortable.
In view of my experience, I do not feel like recommending Autocenter Arese, despite the fact that the repair was carried out in a workmanlike manner, also because in order to have the machine available I was forced to open a complaint with leaseplan and only in the face of my complaint I it was returned very quickly.
