Arrivato all'appuntamento, mi dicono di tornare verso le 18. Torno alle 18 e la macchina non era ancora stata toccata, e CASUALMENTE appena mi presento iniziano a fare il cambio gomme. Sconsigliatissimo! A fronte della risposta del proprietario: e invece tutte le volte che ho richiesto un appuntamento al vostro numero e non mi avete risposto? Chiederò sicuramente di ritirare le gomme! Booked appointment for tire change. On the phone they tell me to arrive at 3.30pm making sure that the tire change would be done at the moment. N	Nexx 999 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possiedo una Opel Astra GSi16v che aveva un annoso problema di spia motore accesa, un consumo elevato di carburante e strattonamenti vari durante la marcia a bassa velocità. Dopo ben 3 interventi effettuati presso 3 meccanici differenti, con varie ipotesi di guasti e relativo dispendio di denaro per i vari ricambi, per puro caso un giorno sono entrato nella officina Verdicar. Il sig. Massimo si é subito prestato alla ricerca dell'errore segnalato dalla centralina non senza difficoltà di accesso ad essa. Dopo esserci riuscito, é stato diagnosticato il medesimo errore che gli altri meccanici rilevavano ma che alla fine non risolvevano (incompetenza?). Lui invece é riuscito a risolvere il problema e onestamente, considerato che il sensore temperatura era già stato sostituito, non solo ha evitato di farmelo ripagare per l'ennesima volta, ma ha trovato la vera causa dell'errore ripristinando l'auto finalmente con successo. Dopo anni è un piacere guidarla! Quindi ringraziò pubblicamente la Verdicar e il sig.Massimo per la cortesia, la competenza e l'onestà dimostrata. Così ritenendomi pienamente soddisfatto gli ho affidato anche le altre mie piccole, una Opel Calibra e una Opel Tigra, per eseguire l'ordinaria manutenzione e anche per risolvere quei problemi che saltano fuori per via degli anni che hanno. Oramai siamo clienti fissi: tutto lo staff è veramente gentile, dalle impiegate ai ragazzi dell'officina. Quando le nostre monelle fanno i capricci sappiamo che da Massimo sono in buone mani. After 3 interventions carried out at 3 different mechanics, with various hypotheses of breakdowns and relative expenditure of money for the various spare parts, by pure chance one day I entered the Verdicar workshop. Mr. Massimo immediately lent himself to the search for the error reported by the control unit, not without difficulty in accessing it. After he succeeded, he was diagnosed with the same error that the other mechanics detected but that ultimately did not solve (incompetence?). Instead he managed to solve the problem and honestly, considering that the temperature sensor had already been replaced, he not only avoided making me pay for the umpteenth time, but he found the real cause of the error by restoring the car successfully . After years it is a pleasure to drive it! Then he publicly thanked Verdicar and Mr. Massimo for the courtesy, competence and honesty shown. So, considering myself fully satisfied, I also entrusted him with my other small ones, an Opel Calibra and an Opel Tigra, to perform routine maintenance and also to solve those problems that come up because of the years they have. We are now regular customers: all the staff are really kind, from the employees to the workshop guys. When our nuns are acting up we know that Massimo is in good hands. Thanks again! ?????

Nella mia esperienza (mi rivolgo a loro ormai da anni sia per le operazioni ordinarie - revisione/cambio gomme - che per gli interventi di meccanica ed elettronica) si sono dimostrati efficienti e pronti a venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Anche le ragazze in ufficio sono sempre disponibili e cordiali. They stand out for their great competence and professionalism. In my experience (I have been turning to them for years now both for ordinary operations - overhaul / tire change - and for mechanical and electronic interventions) they have proved to be efficient and ready to meet my needs. The girls in the office are also always available and friendly.

Vado sempre per la revisione per mio padre e ieri invece ho portato la mia macchina per una sostituzione veloce alla batteria e come sempre sono rimasto soddisfatto grazie a Massimo e ai suoi ragazzi compresa la segretaria molto gentile !! Very kind and prepared.
