B	Brunella Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono la persona che svilisce il lavoro altrui ma quando mi sento presa in giro non lo sopporto. Per un intervento, che come ho potuto verificare in altra sede, sarebbe durato pochi minuti e quindi dato loro poco guadagno, si sono inventati guasti inesistenti ed hanno sostituito anche parti non necessarie, quali tergicristalli che tra l'altro erano di ottima marca e seminuovi. Non entrerò nei particolari ma tutto questo mi è costato molto caro. Un consiglio state molto molto alla larga da questa officina. Se potessi non darei neppure una stella. Aggiungo un altro particolare alla spiacevole esperienza appena vissuta. Il giorno dopo aver ritirato l'auto ho dovuto far riparare (sostenendo quindi altre spese e ovviamente non presso questa officina ma da altri molto piu' competenti ma soprattutto onesti) un finestrino che, per la loro, enorme incompetenza avevano danneggiato mandandolo fuori guida. Purtroppo una colpa a mio carico devo riconoscerla, avrei dovuto leggere prima le numerose recensioni negative a loro carico, che guarda caso hanno tutte in comune un particolare la TRUFFA, pezzi di ricambio non necessari, ore di lavoro raddoppiate rispetto al tempo effettivamente impiegato per interventi da loro sostenuti. È una vergogna. Come ho letto in un'altra recensione, chiunque è libero di scegliere, ma certo è che io non metterò mai più piede in quel posto di gente disonesta. I will not go into details but all this has cost me very dearly. A tip stay very very far away from this workshop. If I could I wouldn't even give a star. I add another detail to the unpleasant experience just lived. The day after having picked up the car I had to have a window repaired (thus incurring other expenses and obviously not at this workshop but by others much more competent but above all honest) which, due to their enormous incompetence, they had damaged, sending it out of driving. Unfortunately, I must admit a fault against me, I should have read first the numerous negative reviews against them, which coincidentally all have in common a particular SCAM, unnecessary spare parts, hours of work doubled compared to the time actually taken for interventions supported by them. It's a shame. As I read in another review, anyone is free to choose, but it is certain that I will never set foot in that place of dishonest people again.

Ho portato l'auto alle quattro del pomeriggio non avevano il pneumatico di ricambio corrispondente agli altri tre ho dovuto lasciare li l' auto e me l' hanno sostituita il giorno dopo. Kind and always available. Waiting times for a tire change are a bit long. Il problema non è aver aggiunto la sostituzione della valvola ma di averlo fatto senza averlo preventivamente detto, pur sapendo che la mia prenotazione non prevedeva tale servizio. Alla mia segnalazione circa la necessità di comunicare al cliente gli interventi prima di farli non c'è stata una risposta. Mi è stato detto che si tratta di una prestazione (la sostituzione della valvola) che loro aggiungono sistematicamente al cambio gomme. Benissimo, allora è sufficiente indicare tale prestazione nel sito se poi viene comunque fatta. Altrimenti si ha la sensazione che il sito indica un importo più basso e poi, una volta arrivati lì, il prezzo pagato è sistematicamente più alto. Grazie. Poor transparency. Booked for summer-winter tire replacement, valve replacement was added. The problem is not having added the replacement of the valve but having done it without having said it in advance, even knowing that my booking did not include this service. There was no response to my report about the need to communicate the interventions to the client before doing them. I was told that this is a performance (valve replacement) that they systematically add to the tire change. Very well, then it is sufficient to indicate this service on the site if it is then done anyway. Otherwise you get the feeling that the site indicates a lower amount and then, once you get there, the price paid is systematically higher. Thank you.
P	Paola Sanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho fatto cambio gomme da loro come sempre ma questa volta la macchina esce con un fendinebbia rotto , loro dicono che è successo altrove ma l'addetto ha controllato tutte le luci e olio motore come sempre e ha segnalato SOLO la luce targa non funzionante. Se era rotto lo avrebbe detto i pezzi di vetro erano ancora lì. Io non ho fatto storie e da signora che sono me ne sono andata. Loro hanno perso una cliente che portava 2 macchine e hanno fatto una pessima figura. Per la sostituzione di 2 gomme mi hanno offerto come unica opzione 2 gomme che avevano in casa per un totale di 275 euro. Mi è stato detto che erano nuove e nuove non sono. Sono usate e il giorno successivo, con la luce, mi sono accorta che avevano anche un taglietto oltre a molto segni di usura. Degli imbroglioni.
