Anzitutto la sostituzione del mio specchio avrebbe richiesto 7gg più del previsto poichè si son dimenticati di ordinare i ricambi. In più l'auto di cortesia promessami non c'è mai stata, ma soprattutto al momento della sostituzione mi hanno presentato un secondo preventivo molto più alto rispetto a quanto preventivato durante la prima visita. Alla fine l'ho fatto sostituire da un'altra carrozzeria più onesta (circa alla metà del prezzo) ma loro sono comunque rimasti con uno specchio (quasi) gratis avendo chiesto rimborso alla mia assicurazione per le spese sostenute.
Avrei preferito essere informato in modo puntuale dei costi a mio carico.
Little organized and not very transparent.
First of all, the replacement of my mirror would have taken 7 days longer than expected as they forgot to order spare parts. In addition, the courtesy car promised to me was never there, but above all at the time of replacement they presented me with a second estimate much higher than what was estimated during the first visit. In the end I had it replaced by another more honest body shop (about half the price) but they were still left with a (almost) free mirror having requested reimbursement from my insurance for the expenses incurred.
I would have preferred to be informed in a timely manner of the costs to be borne by me.
