Siamo studenti e non abitiamo stabilmente a Milano, proprio tra qualche ora dobbiamo prendere un treno che avremmo sicuramente perso. Tutti gli altri ferramenta nelle vicinanze hanno provato direttamente a proporci la sostituzione dell’intero blocco senza provare neanche a ricostruire le chiavi di casa che si erano rotte. Mentre qui hanno molto pazientemente e gentilmente capito il nostro problema e lo hanno risolto. Hanno guadagnato la nostra fiducia e sicuramente da ora in poi ci affideremo solo a loro. Seppur lo staff sia sembrato competente e professionale, e la qualità dei prodotti buona, mi sono stati venduti un lucchetto e una catena antifurto che non sono perfettamente compatibili. Prima mi sono stati presentati molteplici modelli e combinazioni, alcuni dei quali provati di fronte ai miei occhi, per poi vendermi un costoso lucchetto a pistone il cui pistone non entra agevolmente negli anelli della catena. È un dispiacere spendere tanti soldi per poi dover "spendere" anche ~7min di tempo ogni volta accovacciato a fianco alla bicicletta cercando di trovare la posizione micrometrica di allineamento fra le due parti.. Per lontananza dal posto, non sono potuto tornare in negozio a Milano per parlarne. Mi sarei aspettato un po' di serietà aggiuntiva. Ciao! Sorry to have to give a bad review. Il ragazzo ha cercato di vendermi degli articoli in sovrapprezzo, inventandosi il prezzo sul momento nonostante fosse esposto sul talloncino. Non ho acquistato, nonostante la variazione di prezzo fosse ridicola. Trovo la cosa inqualificabile. In caso di prezzo errato è buona educazione scusarsi e chiarire anziché prendere i clienti per deficienti. RISPOSTA AL COMMENTO DEL PROPRIETARIO: Nessuna frustrazione, ricordo ancora l'episodio fortunatamente. Un foglio di carta vetrata da 1200 mi era stato proposto a 3 euro in più rispetto a quanto scritto sul talloncino. In genere il costo è di 1-2 euro (riportato sul talloncino 1eur e spiccioli). Chiedo nuovamente il prezzo per sicurezza, sempre 4 euro. Gioielleria in pratica. Alla fine l'ho acquistata dal negozio 'il ferramenta' 100m più avanti. Saluti.
